Vancouver Traveller bed and breakfasts has been an independent B&B for over 30 years. Custom built with guests and the environment in mind in 2016 with geothermal powered hot water/heating/cooling. Each room has en-suite bathroom, queen or king size bed, in-floor cooling/heating individually controlled. Conveniently located with downtown and many attractions within 10 minutes driving. Bus stop 3 minute walk away and 15 minutes to downtown and attractions by bus.

Our guest house is located in Rose Harbour, Kunghit Island; very deep within Gwaii Haanas National Park, Marine Reserve and Haida Heritage Site. Only accessible by floatplane! We provide 3 meals a day, offering authentic Thai cuisine being our specialty. We cook mostly with organic food and also from our large garden. Our guesthouse is rustic but comfortable with wood heat, communal shower and composting toilet. We don't have more then 8 guests at the time unless your group is more then 8! Our tour packages include accommodation, meals, and transportation by floatplane to/from Queen Charlotte Village. We also offer optional guided boat tours and sea kayak rentals in the area surrounding our location. Recommended sites to visit by boat are Ninstints/Skanggwaii (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Cape St-James, Rose Inlet, and many others nearby locations. We speak English, French, Thai and Lao. Our Visitor Centre is at the gateway to the Thompson Okanagan region of British Columbia. Our staff are welcoming and provide knowledgable travelling advice for the surrounding area. The Centre itself is the perfect rest stop, offering magnificent views of Okanagan Lake, plenty of parking space, a picnic area, pristine washrooms, free WiFi and EV charging stations. We are wheelchair accessible and our gift shop features Indigenous works & local artisanal goods, in addition to snacks, drinks, ice cream and coffee. We offer free information and resources on activities and resources for the Thompson Okanagan region and other parts of British Columbia.

Once the home of Rossland's dairy, Red Barn Lodge is well situated for its current role of providing a convenient base for your Summer and Winter outdoor adventures. With wilderness starting at the backdoor and spectacular views of Red Mountain and Mount Roberts from the front, the guesthouse is just 5 minutes by car from Red Mountain Ski Area and Blackjack Cross-Country Ski Area.Rossland's downtown, with its great restaurants and stores, is just ten minutes away on foot. Trails lead from the yard into the backcountry for ski tours, snowshoeing, mountainbiking and walking on the many paths through the surrounding British Columbia Interior Cedar- Hemlock forest. The Trans-Canada Trail runs by just a couple of hundred yards away, through the Red Barn Lodge property. Snowshoes are available to guests.The lodge is well situated in 13 acres of private grounds.
