Blanket Glacier Chalet is the remote backcountry arena that puts you right where you want to be for backcountry touring. A short helicopter ride from Revelstoke brings you deep into the Gold Range of the Monashee Mountains. From the front door, easily access terrain for any flavour or vibe depending on conditions. EH-FRAME CHALET Stay in a cozy A-frame chalet for 12-14 people with everything you need and some of what you dont. Wood burning sauna, chef providing all home cooked meals, along with two certified ACMG guides to show you the goods. No WiFi, no problems. Everything included with 4 and 5 day guided and catered packages. Heli flights, lodging, home cooked meals, local guides on your vibe and beer all in.

Your day will start with a scenic jet boat trip down Quesnel Lake to the Cariboo Mountains Park and into the wetlands of the Mitchell and Penfold Rivers. This eco system is as it has been for all time. Your senses will be rewarded with sights of Salmon swimming in the crystal clear river, beavers swimming with tree branches in their mouth. Rounding a bend in the river you can spot grizzly bears feeding on the returning salmon. Large Giant Ancient Cedar Forests surround you so you have the chance to hike in un-spoiled wilderness. This adventure can be extended for up to a week by staying at our out post cabin at the end of the North arm of Quesnel Lake. The river will be full of red sockeye salmon. You will need to bring a telephoto lens for those shots of a life time. You will see Grizzly cubs with thier mothers as well as big male grizzlies.

Perched on the edge of the infamous Coyote Bowl in the Oliver-Osoyoos wine region in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, our modern, minimalist tasting bar features daily tastings of some of Canadas best wines. Enjoy a tasting inside looking into the barrel room, or enjoy a flight on the patio looking across to the Golden Mile. Coyote Bowl is the perfect place to unwind for an afternoon of wine tasting and relaxing with our friendly wine experts in one of the Okanagans most unique tasting bars. Wine shop opens at 10:00am.
