Founded in 1996, Black Hills Estate Winery produces premium wines from its estate vineyards on the acclaimed Black Sage Bench, in British Columbias Okanagan Valley. Our Wine Experience Centre is located on the beautiful Black Sage Bench, and we are devoted to delivering extraordinary experiences that will become a lifetime memory. Crafting wines since 1999, and led by acclaimed winemaker Ross Wise, MW, discover wines that pair tradition with the unconventional. Born and raised in New Zealand, Ross joined the Black Hills Estate Winery team as winemaker in 2019, where he enjoys pushing wine quality boundaries for Black Hills premium portfolio, while also leading the transition to organic and biodiversity focused farming. BIG Little Science Centre is a fun Hands-On venue for Families. During drop-in times our hands-on rooms are open for visitors to tour at their leisure. The site has approximately 140 stations of hands-on activities to try.

Everyone of varying skills is welcome to attend, whether you carry a DSLR or iPhone. Our small groups allow for one-on-one, customized, instructions as well as keen attention to your hiking experience. Our photographer and guide is an avid traveler, photographer and hiker. Spending over a decade each in British Columbia and Alberta, he has organized hikes for 15+ years for locals and visitors. He has also traveled to 56 countries in 6 continents. James Walton opened this infamous East Vancouver brewery in 1994 and today he continues to brew some of the most interesting and delicious beers in the city. Storm is well known for their unique selection of weekly rotating "Brainstorm" brews. You may sample up to 6 different beers by cash donation. The brewery itself is an example of Walton's "DIY" attitude and is a sight to behold!

ONSITE BICYCLE RENTALS on one of British Columbias wonders. Experience a part of the historical Kettle Valley Railway route built between 1912-1914. This well-established, interactive 24km trail is highlighted by 2 tunnels and 18 trestles. It offers spectacular views of Myra Canyon and Okanagan Lake. It is the best outdoor activity in Kelowna for the whole family. The track is located at an elevation of 1.260 meters, it is relatively flat and can be cycled within 4 hours. We rent new, branded comfort bicycles in sizes for adults and children, tandems and tag-alongs or child trailers to pull the little ones, tandems, and tricycle. Rental times May-October: 9am-1pm, 1:30pm-5:30pm. We also rent Gazelle pedal-assist E-Bikes (each E-Biker must be 19+) We offer ½ day guided Tour in the Myra Canyon or full day self-guided tours to Penticton, Bicycle and Wine Tours Pick-up/drop off transportation is included (Kelowna/West Kelowna) We are a sustainable tourism business Biosphere committed.
