"tents" are insulated, smoke-free, and feature hardwood floors, leather furniture, fine linens, propane heaters, remote start generators, showers and full kitchen facilities.

We are a newly renovated motel opening in November 2019! Our rooms have been upgraded to support Telus Fibre Internet & Optik TV, Full Kitchenette available in select rooms. Brand new heating and A/C units. Hardwood flooring to provide a luxurious experience. Mikado Sushi is a local favorite attached to our motel.

The Ladysmith Visitor Centre is centrally located at 33 Roberts St. just off our historic First Avenue. Our Tourism Counsellors are excited to help you discover some of our hidden treasures and provide information on our events, cultural & historic attractions, artisans, outdoor recreation, relocation, maps, accommodations, dining, shopping and more. Led by an experienced guide, our small groups journey to remote areas in western Canada. One trip is "8 Days in Haida Gwaii, a low key, active trip with a cultural focus. One day, we take in the site of the village of Skedans. The next day, we may visit a carver in his studio, or perhaps get smudged. All while, we tread lightly on this land, our steps taking us closer to an immersive experience.
