Off The Grid Wakesurf School
Wakesurfing is fun for all ages and experience levels. Based on Okanagan Lake in Kelowna, Off The Grid offers wakesurf lessons, wakeboard lessons, boat rentals (including equipment and captain) as well as great custom rental packages for corporate outings, bachelorette parties and family vacations. All of our drivers and coaches learn from Competitive Wake Surf Association competitor Bryce Wagner. Our coaches are always fun and know how to get even the most uncoordinated person up surfing and having a blast, or can help you improve on your skills if youre looking to step up your surf game. Lakeview Motel & Suites
Lakeview combines quality and affordability in a quiet location. We are close to the beach and all amenities. Our heated salt water pool is a summer hit as are the barbecues and picnic area. Families love our spacious one and two bedroom suites. Pets are not accepted. As of October 1,2020 no smoking, vaping, or cannabis use will be permitted anywhere on property (including parking area).
The Art Gallery Osoyoos
The Art Gallery Osoyoos is situated in one of the most unique and beautiful towns in the Okanagan Valley, and offers original art produced by artists and artisans. The gallery features guest artists, local and non local, through out the year. The Art Gallery Osoyoos was established in the 1990s and is a non-profit organization run by volunteers. The gallery is located at the corner of 89th Street and Main Street, under the blue canopy in the Osoyoos Arts Centre and is governed by the O&D Arts Council.
Museum of The Cariboo Chilcotin
Welcome to the Museum of the Cariboo Chilcotin. We are situated on Broadway Avenue South, Williams Lake serving on the traditional territory of the Secwepemc, Tsilhqot'in and Dakelh Nations. The Museum is a tribute to Williams Lake and the Cariboo Chilcotin regions. If you are looking to step back in time come on in we would love to open our doors to you. Nestled in the Cariboo Chilcotin, the Museum provides history and displays on the region, local ranching and rodeo heritage, it is also the home to the BC Cowboy Hall of Fame as well as exhibits on Indigenous Peoples, Railway, Mining, Medical, and Forestry just to name a few. Admission is by donation supporting local and provincial heritage. We gratefully acknowledge the support of the Federal Government of Canada, the Province of British Columbia, as well as the City of Williams Lake and the Cariboo Regional District in partnership with the Central Cariboo Arts and Culture Society.
