We fish from April to June in Nanoose Bay, near Nanaimo for Chinook, then move over to Port Alberni, Barkley Sound and Bamfield from June to September. Our vessels are quality Grady White (27 and 23 feet), with washrooms and the best safety electronics available. We are Transport Canada certified, and our guides are CTAG certified - ensuring you have a safe, productive and fun filled trip. We only use the best fishing tackle available to maximize your experience. If you are looking for multi-day lodge trips we specialize in placing our guests in lodges in Bamfield and Barkley Sound. We offer trips customized to large corporate teams, as well as families with children. Our goal is to create a fishing experience that meets your diverse interests, creating long term repeat customer relationships. Driediger Farms is located on 72nd St in Langley BC, just 5 minutes off Highway 1, making it an easy stop when you are heading in or out of town and a convenient local market for your daily needs.
Where History Comes to Life - Stroll down the streets of our 1920s community. Period costumed townsfolk welcome visitors and give demonstrations in the homes, businesses and shops. Visitors can feel the heat of the fire as the blacksmith works at the forge, hear the rhythm of the platen press at the Burnaby Post, smell freshly ground coffee in the General Store, be a 1920s student in a one-room schoolhouse, watch the tinsmith cut, crimp & curl flat sheets of tin into useful household items. Everyone is welcome to take a ride on the 1912 CW Parker Carousel, explore the restored 1912 Interurban Tram, and enjoy a treat in the Ice Cream Parlour. The Village is open seasonally (Spring Break in March, Summer Season- early May to Labour Day, and Heritage Christmas-late November to early January) and year-round for pre-booked groups and programs.

Featuring heritage architecture, expansive gardens, nature trails, and a picturesque waterfront setting, it is a distinctive destination on Vancouver Island. Today it serves as a unique monument to both a bygone era and the ongoing journey towards greater understanding and healing with First Nations and Métis communities. The commitment to acknowledging the complex historical impacts associated with its former resident marks Point Ellice House as a critical space for fostering dialogue and reconciliation. Point Ellice House serves as a beacon of heritage preservation and cross-cultural understanding, inviting visitors to explore, learn, and connect. R.J. Haney Heritage Village and Museum is located on the east side of Salmon Arm at 751 Highway 97 B, it is the Shuswap's largest heritage destination. It welcomes visitors from far and wide to discover how the early settlers and pioneers of the Shuswap lived. Set on 40 acres of the prettiest farmland in the Shuswap, the site comprises 24 buildings that are either replicas or originals and over 30 exhibits, including the original 1910 Haney House. Your admission includes access to the Heritage Village and Museum, Children's Discovery Centre & Outdoor Play Area, Sprig of Heather restaurant, walking trails, daily activities and tours. A must-see is our very popular Villains and Vittles Dinner Theatre Production. You can enjoy a home-cooked meal and live theatre every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday evening in July and August. Seating is limited. Some of the best memories are made at R.J. Haney Heritage Village & Museum, and a visit from May through September is well worth the trip!
Sealegs Kayaking & Marine Adventure Centre offers wildlife kayaking tours, kayak and stand up paddle board (SUP) rentals and an Eco Adventure Centre pro-shop at Transfer Beach in Ladysmith. Paddle demonstrations, safety talks and a gear fittings are included with all rentals. Eagles, seals, river otters are commonly viewed in and around our quiet harbour and family friendly beachside park.
