Our winery is evidence of what one man with vision, determination, and a little luck can accomplish. Proprietor and winemaker, Ted Kane, developed a passion for winemaking at a young age. Many Alberta winters were spent learning and planning how to accomplish his ultimate goal; owning and operating a winery in Canada's premiere wine producing area, Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country. 10 years after acquiring it, this perfect piece of raw land has been transformed into a 7 acre vineyard producing several varieties of high quality fruit, a fully functioning winery with a boutique tasting room and, most importantly, our family home. We specialize in the Bordeaux varietals, but also have a selection of white wines and a unique, full bodied Malbec Rose.

Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site is an authentic representation of a once thriving community of canneries, boat yards, and residences, along the scenic shores of the Fraser River. Tour the oldest shipyard buildings in British Columbia, as you experience a bygone time when fishing and boatbuilding were flourishing industries on the Fraser River. Many of the buildings date back to 1885 and tell the stories of the diverse community of residents and workers in the historic fishing village of Steveston. The collection of heritage buildings has national value and was designated a National Historic Site in 1992.

Interact, pet and hold the small critters in the petting pen. Feed from your animal goodie bag, say hello to the talking horse, sitting micro pig who makes funny faces, and walking goat. This off grid mountain lodge situated at 3,700 feet in the mountains, on a private lake, has all the comforts of home. Three bedrooms have a queen and single bed with one room having two single beds. Close to the lodge are three rustic cabins that are 12' x 10', each cabin sleeps 2 each, use of an outdoor cook shack and fire pit. Campsites are available too! Enjoy the spectacular lake and mountain views. Bring your fly fishing rod to enjoy catching and releasing wild rainbow trout (additional fee).

Shuswap Marina is a family operated business located in the interior of Beautiful British Columbia on Shuswap Lake. You can find us across from Copper Island. We offer year round moorage & cover winter storage, seasonal & temporary moorage, trailer storage and mini storage. At Shuswap Marina you will find a FULL Service Department ready and able to repair all makes and models of boat and motor from stem to stern! We also offer a boat towing service on the water to get you home when things go wrong! We rent boats, stand up paddle boards, kayaks & a wide selection of water toys. At our Marina you will also find a summer store with everything you need to enjoy our beautiful lake, a full line of boat and fishing accessories and off course ICE CREAM! Please be aware that we are a pet friendly facility., so please never leave your pets in the car while you are visiting our Marina. We are proud of our level of service and we will make sure you enjoy your stay in Blind Bay.
