One of those areas is the Wells Gray Park, 5200 sq. kilometer of protected wilderness in Central British Columbia. Bounded on the north and east by the Cariboo Mountains, and on the west by an upland plateau, the Wells Gray Park encompasses a broad spectrum of mountain scenery. The area is abundant in flora and fauna. Caribou, moose, black bear, beaver and wolf freely roam the park, and local streams are well stocked with trout. Horseback riding, fishing, mountain biking, river rafting, hiking and canoeing into the local wilderness are all part of the ranch's daily summer routine. Your skilled guide will lead you to adventures on remote mountains, valleys and lakes in a setting as spectacular as it is challenging. The Lighthouse RV Park and Campground is located in Fanny Bay, B.C. on Highway 19A (Old Island Highway). We offer 30 oceanfront full hook-up RV sites. We are located 53 Km north of Nanaimo, B.C. and 32 Km South of Courtenay, B.C. We are 7 Km from the Buckley Bay Ferry Terminal which is the gateway to Denman and Hornby Island. Our sites offer an oceanfront view of Denman Island and the Chrome Island Lighthouse. Campers and tenting is also welcome at the Lighthouse RV Park. If you're hauling a boat we have a boat launch on site with nightly moorage available.

Eagle Aerie Gallery is Roy Henry Vickers' artist-owned gallery located in Tofino, British Columbia. This stunning traditional Northwest Coast longhouse with a carved and painted cedar plank exterior and doors of beaten copper, is a recognizable Tofino landmark. Inside discover Roy's artwork of paintings, original prints, calendars, art cards, and reproductions hanging on hand adzed cedar walls among totem poles and carvings. As you enter the large main hall, you'll notice the soft lighting and restful music that creates an atmosphere of harmony and peace. The gallery is open free to the public seven days a week throughout the year. Built in 1986 with the help of Roy's family and legendary carver Henry Nolla, this gallery welcomes more than 500,000 visitors a year from all around the world. Guests gather around the centre pit in the main hall to listen to stories of Roy's life and times as well as inspiration of his work.
