Let the Sechelt Visitor Centre introduce you to all that Sechelt and the lower Sunshine Coast have to offer. Nestled between Georgia Strait and Sechelt Inlet, is the town of Sechelt. Just two hours north of Vancouver, BC, you'll feel like you're a world away. Enjoy small-town friendliness, stunning scenery, and our many services. There is literally something for everyone: a multitude of festivals, farm to table restaurants, farmers' markets, local breweries, First Nations' museum and cultural tours, a plethora of artists and artisans, musicians and dancers, and of course, the great outdoors with its mountains, lakes and ocean, all providing countless adventure opportunities for all levels of ability. Our visitor centre is located in amongst some of Sechelt's most beautiful gardens and is a short block from the beach. We have free WiFi, and knowledgeable, enthusiastic staff to help make your visit a memorable one!
Arrow Lakes Adventures

Our captain is Transport Canada certified, professional and friendly and can be as involved in your amazing day as much or as little as you like. He has a passion for local history and is a wealth of knowledge. Imagine the wind in your hair as we cruise up the lake, past picturesque mountain vistas and waterfalls in the heart of the Kootenay's. We provide ice for your favorite beverages, an onboard barbecue and a large bike rack! Dont forget to bring your favorite music playlist as our boat is equipped with Bluetooth! We offer a relaxing, smooth, stable and safe experience aboard the Wildflower, a 26 foot Avalon Cantina tritoon.
Grist Mill and Gardens at Keremeos
A true Similkameen oasis and historic site featuring Western Canada's only working waterwheel-powered flour mill, lovely gardens and much more. Enjoy informative tours, lunch in our restaurant, local products in the gift shop or an overnight stay in our campground. We also host many community and special events through the season including workshops, presentations, concerts, weddings and more.

The First in the World Certified Responsible Whale Watching Company. Eagle Eye Adventures is a company that specializes in offering whale watching and wildlife tours in the coastal waters of British Columbia, Canada. The company operates from the town of Campbell River on Vancouver Island, which is known for its abundant marine life and stunning scenery. Eagle Eye Adventures' whale-watching tours are led by experienced guides who use their knowledge of the local ecosystem to help guests spot and learn about various species of whales, including humpback whales, orcas, and gray whales. The tours also provide opportunities to see other marine wildlife, such as dolphins, sea lions, and bald eagles. The Fort St. John North Peace Museum tells the story of the Fort St. John region from the dinosaurs to the oil and gas industries of today. Learn more about Indigenous people, the fur trade, homesteaders, and the development of Fort St. John and the North Peace region of British Columbia. Come explore a tepee, trapper's cabin, blacksmith's shop, 1921 school room, 1930s dentist office, missionary chapel, 1930 Outpost Hospital room, 1910 BC Police Barracks and Jail, Finch's General Store, and more! Try interactive activities like sorting mail in our post office. Our gift shop is a fabulous place to find books on the Peace Region, BC, Alberta, and the Yukon. We have a wide variety of souvenirs, clothing, stuffed animals, jewellery, and gifts. Our archives can help answer requests about the North Peace from photographs to genealogy. We're open Monday to Saturday year-round.
Vinstitute Wine School
The Okanagan's first public wine school, the Vinstitute offers wine appreciation and education classes for all levels of wine knowledge. The signature class is a guided component tasting of several Okanagan red and white wines, selected for their instructive properties. Learn about tasting techniques and winemaking practices as you enjoy some of the valley's finest offerings in our rustic cellar classroom.
Surf Junction Campground
Surf Junction Campground i located at the entrance of the Pacific Rim National Park and the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. The campground sits on 50 acres, in the privacy and peace of the forest, but just 5 minutes from the town of Ucluelet and 5 minutes from world famous Long Beach and Kennedy Lake Provincial Park. The Surf Junction has much to offer. Large private sites with clean new facilities and a wide variety of services in a gorgeous woodland setting. Customers can soak in the hot tub or relax in the sauna. By the pond there is a covered cooking and eating area. There is sports equipment available free of charge you can enjoy on our playing field. There's even a place to wash out your wet suit.From surf rentals to coffee and espresso drinks along with firewood, snacks and other camping essentials the Surf Junction has most of your camping needs right in the office. The campground staff can book surf lessons, whale watching, bear watching, fishing and many other adventurer
Riverhaven RV Park & Motel
Full facility RV Park with 22 Full-Hookup RV sites, 3 motel rooms, Horseshoe pit, Sandy Beach, Free Wifi. Motel rooms are not pet friendly, however the RV park is pet friendly with a dog park. Washrooms and coin laundry and shower facilities available to guests. You are encouraged to sit back and relax with a good book, watch the river roll by, check out the wildlife, try your hand at fishing and take advantage of the swimming, rafting and hiking opportunities.

U’mista Cultural Centre
U'mista Cultural Centre is one of the longest-operating and most successful First Nations cultural facilities in BC, founded in 1980 as a ground breaking project to house potlatch artifacts which had been seized by government during an earlier period of cultural repression. The return of the potlatch artifacts not only provided U'mista's name ('the return of something important'), and sparked a general trend toward repatriation of First Nations and cultural artifacts, it caused the creation of a physical facility and human resources infrastructure which have been successfully operated for over two decades.U'mista now operates a modern museum and cultural education facility in Alert Bay. Their operations include the museum, an extensive art gallery and gift shop, group tours, and presentations by dance troupes.
