The Visitors Information Centre has all the information you need to get to cultural places like the U'mista Cultural Centre, or to world class hiking in Cape Scott Park. Radius is a forested mountainside retreat offering walk in and hike in Yurt rentals. We are situated on 1000 acres which are open to explore in the summer, spring, and fall with trails for hiking, biking, and exploring. Radius is an off grid, sustainable wilderness area, and there is solar power in each yurt and we provide water and firewood for your stay. The yurts are anywhere from a 5 minute walk to a 7 km hike, and are all situated so that you feel like you are in peaceful solitude and truly a part of the natural area surrounding you, and yet only a few minutes from town and all the amenities it offers. Radius backs onto Kootenay National Park, extending the hiking and nature experience. Only 2 minutes from town, and just a short drive off the highway up to the main parking area, and you will feel like you have entered a whole new world of fresh air, solitude, peace and serenity.

Bell Mountain Motel is situated in a quiet rural setting yet it is only one block off the highway. All rooms are ground level and non smoking. We have pet rooms and there is two acres for them to stretch their legs. Double and single rooms are available and most rooms have full kitchenettes. WiFi and brand new TV's with 150+ satellite channels are in each room. Kitchens have microwaves, coffee makers, fridge, cook tops and dishes and cutlery. There is lots of free parking and a large turn around at the end for trucks hauling trailers. Seasonal hot tub, horse shoe pit, BBQ and fire pit (subject to firebans) available for our guests to enjoy. We have a few rooms which are wheel chair accessible.

Rupert Park Pitch & Putt is a par 3 course in Vancouvers east side. The Golf Course is currently closed for the winter. It has impressive mountain views and imaginative use of trees and water. Elevated greens and a series of ponds bring water into play on 4 holes and make it a challenging and enjoyable course. With holes 50 and 120 yards, it is ideal for new golfers looking for a challenge, or regular golfers wanting to hone their short game.

Full facility RV Park with 22 Full-Hookup RV sites, 3 motel rooms, Horseshoe pit, Sandy Beach, Free Wifi. Motel rooms are not pet friendly, however the RV park is pet friendly with a dog park. Washrooms and coin laundry and shower facilities available to guests. You are encouraged to sit back and relax with a good book, watch the river roll by, check out the wildlife, try your hand at fishing and take advantage of the swimming, rafting and hiking opportunities.

Once the home of Rossland's dairy, Red Barn Lodge is well situated for its current role of providing a convenient base for your Summer and Winter outdoor adventures. With wilderness starting at the backdoor and spectacular views of Red Mountain and Mount Roberts from the front, the guesthouse is just 5 minutes by car from Red Mountain Ski Area and Blackjack Cross-Country Ski Area.Rossland's downtown, with its great restaurants and stores, is just ten minutes away on foot. Trails lead from the yard into the backcountry for ski tours, snowshoeing, mountainbiking and walking on the many paths through the surrounding British Columbia Interior Cedar- Hemlock forest. The Trans-Canada Trail runs by just a couple of hundred yards away, through the Red Barn Lodge property. Snowshoes are available to guests.The lodge is well situated in 13 acres of private grounds.
