The Discovery Passage Aquarium offers fun and unique hands-on educational experiences for people of all ages. Come to see, touch and feel our incredible local marine species and habitats and discover the diverse marine life of Discovery Passage and Islands. The Aquarium is open from spring until fall each year. Specimens from representative local species are collected from the marine environment in the spring and returned to the area of collection at the end of the season.

ABOUT US The Orchard RV Retreat is on an agricultural land reserve. We grow apples for market and vegetables, herbs and edible flowers for personal use. This is the perfect name for our resort... it's so peaceful at the resort beside the pristine waters of Lac des Roches. Our pictures of the cabins so aptly display the many times the Lake is like glass... camp just feet away from the water's edge and enjoy the eerie yet calming call of the many loons... campfire evenings with friends and family are our specialty. Malahat SkyWalk opened in July 2021 as the newest outdoor experience providing the ultimate natural high on Vancouver Island located 35 minutes north of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Accessible by all ages and wheelchair-friendly, it will immerse visitors in nature as they embark on a 600 metre-long elevated walkway through an expansive Arbutus and Douglas Fir forest, leading to a 10-storey, architecturally-inspiring spiral tower lookout the first of its kind in B.C. Rising 250 metres above sea level, guests can enjoy 360-degree views of islands, inlets, fjords, forests and mountains in two countries. An adventure net suspended partially across the centre of the Spiral Tower provides daring guests with another breathtaking perspective on the spiraling structure below before returning to ground level with an option to take an exhilarating ride down a 20 metre (65 ft) spiral slide. The Sun Peaks Lodge is located in 2 adjacent buildings in the heart of Sun Peaks Resort, with ski-in/ski-out access, just steps away from the chairlift for skiing, hiking and biking and the 18-hole Golf Course. All the village shops & restaurants are located directly outside the front door. The 44 rooms and studios are tastefully decorated and feature flat screen TV , comfortable beds with duvets, hotel fridge, private safe, phone, coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea, iron/ironing board, renovated bathrooms with walk in rain showers and hairdryer. Naramata Inn is over a hundred years old, but we feel more youthful than ever. And people feel different when they stay here. The good kind of different.
