Wayward Distillery is a true craft distillery, situated in the fertile Comox Valley on Vancouver Island, and has led the charge in honey-based spirits since 2014. Each of our spirits are crafted on a base of sustainable honey, supporting local agriculture and getting a little Unruly while doing it! Honey is a delightful and sustainable resource, and we are proud to support BC agriculture at Wayward each and every one of our spirits is precisely designed to be sippable on their own and enjoyed in the tastiest of cocktails. Our resort is accessible year round directly off of "The Fishing Highway 24", nestled within the heart of our "Beautiful BC" wilderness. Lac Des Roches Resort hosts and boasts the most activities and adventures in the area, with a view of the most photographed lake in British Columbia. Lac Des Roches is well known for its trophy Gerrard Rainbows up to 19 pounds and for its big burbots ( freshwater cod ); ice-fishing enthusiats can easily catch in the winter. Anglers from all over the world come to Lac Des Roches to enjoy fly fishing : massive mayfly and caddice ( Sedge ) hatchings make Lac Des Roches a paradise for fly fishermen. With over 100 pristine lakes within an hour's drive of Lac Des Roches, our resort houses a multitude of fish: rainbow trout; brook trout; kokanee; lake trout; making Lac Des Roches Resort the ideal fly-fishing and ice fishing destination. Our true Italian restaurant combines southern European hospitality with our expert northern Italian chefs. All our entrees are prepared fresh daily on the premises(repetitious). Salish Seaside RV Resort and Marina is Western Canada's premier seaside Motor Home park, located on a private peninsula right in the heart of Victoria's waterfront harbour. Proudly owned and operated by the Songhees First Nation and Esquimalt First Nation. Our resort includes 37 full-service RV sites, 1 float home rental and 66 boat slips. A majority of the RV sites are right on the water, commanding spectacular views in all directions. Big rig friendly, with 30 & 50 amp power, complimentary showers and WiFi, and a brand new amenities building featuring modern washrooms, laundry room and a spectacular community room with a decks and fireplace.

Castlegar Sculpturewalk is an annual exhibition of outdoor sculptures, located on a pleasant walking tour in downtown Castlegar. Viewers are encouraged to vote for their favourite sculpture via ballot - the winner of the People's Choice award is purchased by the City for the permanent collections. All of the artworks are available for sale or lease. Ballots/maps are located in red ballot boxes along the route (the start of the route is at the Kootenay Market (635 Columbia Avenue), though you can begin the walk from anywhere. Ballots/maps are also available at the Castlegar Chamber of Commerce, City Hall, or the Kootenay Gallery.

The Wild Pacific Trail is located in Ucluelet and is a seven phase trail system skirting the rugged cliffs and shoreline of the west coast of Vancouver Island. Overlooking Barkley Sound and the Broken Group Islands to the east and the open Pacific Ocean to the south and west, it offers spectacular shoreline panoramas and seaward vistas through ancient cedar and spruce-framed viewing platforms constructed on the best headlands along the route.

The Whistler Brewing Co. is Whistler's original craft brewery established in 1989 on Alpha Lake Road in Whistler, BC. The Tap House opened in 2009 in Function Junction and is today still locally owned and operated. Whistler Brewing offers 10-15 brews a year, generally lighter and fruiter seasonal beers in the summer and darker ones in the winter. Join one of our fully guided tours and enjoy a tasting of our award winning beers in the Tap House. We also offer keg and packaged beer sales, a small food menu and our signature line of wearables and beeraphenalia!

Want to soar like an eagle? Or knock an item off of your bucket list? Then come and visit us! We offer tandem flights for: Paragliding, Hang Gliding & Motorized Hang Gliding Trike. Tandem flights range in time from 8 minutes to over an hour, depending on the conditions. If you want to become a pilot yourself, we have qualified instructors to teach you how to paraglide or hang glide. The flight park has 2 launch sites and a 2000' grass runway and 2 smaller taxiways as well as a Pilot's Lounge, an outdoor covered deck where you can relax after your flight and watch others "commit acts of aviation"! We are open from late April to mid-October, weather permitting.
