The Cariboo Ski Touring Club is a non-profit organization that caters to cross-country, skate skiing and snowshoers. We provide 75 km of groomed trails for both classic and skate skiing. We also have 10 km of snowshoe trails. We offer youth program, biatlhon and lessons. Rental Shop available for renting skiing and snowshoeing equipment. Day Lodge on site. When the Retreat is not in use by Youth For Christ staff it will be available as a restorative setting ideal for personal and group retreats, workshops, conferences requiring accommodation as well as for individuals seeking a place for personal renewal and restoration. The Honeymoon Bay Lodge & Retreat is wheelchair accessible and has 17 beautifully appointed suites, full dining experience and versatile meeting spaces. The Pacific Rim Visitor Centre offers a primary arrival and meeting destination for those venturing to the Pacific Rim region on the West Coast of Vancouver Island. Immediately following your drive over the Pacific Rim Highway (Hwy 4) from Port Alberni, you will reach our headquarters at the Junction between Ucluelet and Tofino. Our wheelchair accessible facilities offer a staffed Visitor Information Centre, a Parks Canada center, large maps of the region, public WiFi, secure garbage and recycling boxes, public restrooms, and plentiful parking for both RV's and regular vehicles. We will be closed early on December 31st at 3pm and closed all day January 1st and 2nd.

Sandspit/K'il Kun, is the southernmost community on Haida Gwaii, and the only community on Moresby Island. We are the last stop and gateway to Gwaii Haanas. Our community's many nearby bays and trails offer exiting places to explore coastal life and set up a base for your next adventure. Come in and ask us for a community trail guide map or other local information. We also pride ourselves on our gift shop which is a beautiful space to browse while you wait for your flight, where you will find books, souvenirs, and local art before you leave the islands. Bike rentals available. The Sandspit Visitor Centre is usually opened on flight days, around plane times. Please note the Sandspit Visitor Centre is sometimes closed at short notice due to staffing shortage. The Centre is also usually closed if a flight is cancelled.
