Backyard Vineyards is nestled in the lush countryside of south Langley, less than an hour's drive from Vancouver. At Backyard Vineyards they harvest from their own Fraser Valley Estate vineyards and from their farmers' vineyards in the Okanagan Valley. Since opening in 2009 their wines have been recognized both locally and internationally, winning over 30 medals for quality and flavour. Reaching dedicated wine lovers and new tasters alike, they pride themselves in producing exceptional BC VQA wines at affordable prices. The tasting room and wine shop is open year round, providing an intimate setting to sample and enjoy. Becker's Lodge 2019, also known as Becker's Lodge Bowron Lake Adventures Resort, is located on beautiful Bowron Lake, BC, only 27 kms away from Wells, BC, and Barkerville, BC. We are an outfitter for the Bowron Lake Provincial Park canoe circuit and a destination resort lodge with cabins, camping, RV sites, canoes, kayaks, and paddling equipment. We are now under new ownership (as of mid-July, 2019) and we're open twelve months per year. We rent snowmobiles and sledding gear as well as snowshoes and have winter cabin accommodations as well. Our campsites (open during the summer) are now pet-friendly and we have a few cabins that are pet friendly as well.
