The Qualicum Beach Museum chronicles the social history of Qualicum Beach including First Nations, early pioneers and 'local characters'. It is also home to a paleontology exhibit and fossil collection renowned for its scientific and research value, as well as the Powerhouse Discovery Centre, a brick and steel heritage building with exhibits about power and energy. The museum maintains an extensive archive of local historic documents, photographs and artefacts and responds to inquiries from the general public.

Eagle Acres Dairy & Pumpkin Patch is a family farm located near historic Fort Langley BC that is open year round for visitors to Milk a Cow by hand, feed the cows and calves and learn about the Canadian Dairy Industry in an interactive guided 75-90 minute tour. The farm also offers visitors the chance to visit many other farm animals. Visit in October for our LegenDairy Pumpkin Patch experience. Drop in and choose a pumpkin from a field beside the cows on pasture or take a hayride to the field next to the forest to search for your jack'o'lantern there. The Kootenay-Columbia Discovery Centre offers environmental education programs, events and tours at the Creston Valley Wildlife Management Area (CVWMA). The CVWMA is a 17,000 acre wetland habitat that is internationally recognized as a wetland of importance (Ramsar Site) as well as an Important Bird Area of Canada. Educational initiatives include: school programs, summer nature camps, guided canoe and walking tours, and a variety of special events suitable for people of all ages. Join us seasonally from May-October for programs. Access to trail systems that meander through the wetland is possible year round. Viewing towers and boardwalks provide unique opportunities to explore this magical place.

All outdoor facilities – such as EV chargers, sani-dump station, dog run, and picnic benches – are still available for use.
