Selkirk Mountain Experience has been listed as a "Best Adventure Travel Company on Earth" by National Geographic Adventure, three times. We are a family owned and operated adventure travel company, based at the Durrand Glacier Chalet, outside Revelstoke BC. This is a remote lodge, accessed by helicopter only. During summer months we offer alpine hiking with over 90 km of trails in a pristine and exclusive setting. Our 18 guests and resident marmots and mountain goats are the only beings using this trail network! In the winter we offer backcountry skiing, in the mecca of alpine powder skiing. Our 96 square km of private tenure offer some of the best skiing on earth, both in the alpine and in the trees. Glades, burns, 30+ summits, 10+ glaciers and the deepest snowpack in the Selkirk Mountains. In addition to the Durrand Glacier Chalet, we have two smaller chalets which we use to do overnight ski trips into the further reaches of our area. All three huts are clean, cozy and beautiful wooden chalets. The Durrand Glacier Chalet is our home base, with 11 private bedrooms and a spacious washroom facility steps from the bedrooms. This facility includes hot running showers, sinks and full indoor plumbing attached to a septic system. We also have a new sauna built in summer 2020 (primarily for winter use). The Durrand has fabulous alpine cuisine, with a private chef and a full staff of friendly, hard-working SME family. The main venue for the Performing Arts in Trail is the beautiful Bailey Theatre. The Bailey hosts concerts, theatre, comedy and more from well-known acts like the Barenaked Ladies to smaller emerging talent such as Lisa Nicole. With a seating capacity of 721, the Theatre has an intimate atmosphere and all seats provide an excellent view of the stage. Smaller performances, events and meetings take place in the Muriel Griffiths Recital Room, next to the theatre, which holds 80-100 people.The Trail & District Arts Council programs many shows in these two venues, including four exciting series: Classical Series; Jazz at the Griff; Performing Arts Trail, and the Teck Family Series.

Mvma is run by adventure and motorcycle enthusiasts offering a unique and exciting way to explore British Colombia. On our tours we explore beautiful back country during our set or custom multi-day tours on adventure motorcycles.

The Sundance Lodge offers the best ski-in, ski-out in all of Sun Peaks. And were in the perfect spot to take advantage of some of the best hiking, biking and golf in the area, too. We feature a range of spacious rooms, suites and lofts, all of which come with kitchens or kitchenettes.

Sailcone's Grizzly Bear Lodge offers all-inclusive, fly-in wildlife viewing trips in British Columbia's Great Bear Rainforest. We offer intimate, boutique style lodging and small group sizes.
