If you're going to look around a little while you're on north Vancouver Island, BC Ferries is nearby with connections to Alert Bay and Sointula. There are plenty of whale and bear watching tours, kayak tours, and fishing charters available at Port McNeill's stunning waterfront. The Visitors Information Centre has all the information you need to get to cultural places like the U'mista Cultural Centre, or to world class hiking in Cape Scott Park. We offer a one-of-a-kind Whistler tour starting from downtown Vancouver. We first pick you up from your location and tour through Stanley Park, followed by a stop at Horseshoe Bay to take in the amazing views before heading up to Shannon Falls to see BC's third tallest waterfall. When not used as a Student Residence for Thompson Rivers University, the facility has many configurations of rooms and amenities ideal for extended stay/long term guests, leisure travelers, and religious groups as well. Our hotel-like accommodations are available to the public May August and include one, two and four bedroom suites, private kitchenette, lounges, yoga studio, gym facilities, multimedia room, business and banquet services, free parking, and more. Residence & Conference Centre Kamloops also features eight Executive Loft Suites on the 11th floor with breathtaking views of either the rivers or the mountains, these eight suites are available year round.

We are a family owned and operated lakefront resort with lodging in modern, well-maintained cabins and RV park. We offer pontoon boat, aluminum boat with motor, kayak and canoe rentals. Each cabin and RV site has it's own assigned dock space. The fishing is great, Loon Lake has native rainbow trout only; it not stocked, but the fish are plentiful. Beautiful natural landscape with riparian shoreline. There is no beach, but enjoying a float, swimming off the end of the docks and jumping off a rented pontoon boat are very popular water activities on hot days. RV park has coin operated showers, bathrooms, firepits, free firewood and is pet friendly.

The West Coast Railway Association presents the story of how the railways were a catalyst in the creation of Western Canadian communities and their economies. This is done primarily at the Railway Museum of British Columbia (formerly the West Coast Railway Heritage Park) in Squamish, BC, where the collection of 95 heritage railway locomotives and cars are exhibited in a typical small community setting. Farmstrong Cider Company is a family based business in the Okanagan Valley making small batch craft cider on a heritage farm established in 1896. We do not take reservations, first come, first served. We have a full lunch and dinner menu with vegan & gluten free options. We have a large parking lot and are RV friendly. We are family friendly. We do request that parents have their children seated with them and all times. As Farmstrong is a working farm children should not be unattended inside or outside for any reason. For their safety they need to be with their parents at all times. Our historic barn does not have AC or heating so please dress for the weather of the day of your visit. We are a seasonal business so please check our website for updated times of operation.

Family Friendly Music Lounge and Brewery. Our Kootenay crafted beer is made with pure untreated water. We don't use any additives, preservatives or filtration in our brewing process. Come sit down for a pint or take beer to go in growlers. Aside from beer we offer in our lounge wine, cider and non alcoholic drinks. Take advantage of our dry snacks or bring outside food in from any place you like.
