Manning Provincial Park, which means there are incredible hiking trails, and multi-purpose trails for biking, horseback riding, snowshoeing cross- and back-country trails in the winter. These modern style multi-level condominiums offer the best of both worlds - convenient ski-to/ski-from access from Perfection Run, as well as easy access to the village center just across the road. Each unit is extremely comfortable and well-appointed with a gas fireplace, private hot tub and balcony and heated parking garages.

We have four-1100 sq foot suites with central air, full kitchen, gas bbq, mountain views. Each suite contains 1 king bedroom & 2 queen bedrooms. All this situated on an organic farm.

Our bright and cozy guesthouse is located in the premium tourism district of Cow Bay. This colorful area is the tourist hub of the city, where Wildlife Tour companies, coffee shops, pub, restaurants, and boutique shopping will be found. We are only one block from the waterfront and ATLIN terminals, conveniently located near the Tourist information center, museums, and the Port Interpretive center/Tourist Information Center. Private en-suite bathrooms, private rooms with shared baths and dormitory style rooms are all available for every budget. Cottonwood Cove RV Resort is situated on the shores of Shuswap Lake and has over 915 meters (3,000 feet) of waterfront and a secluded cove for campers to enjoy. Our on-site marina has a double ramp boat launch, and 40+ boat slips. Amenities include a rental shop with kayaks, canoes and standup paddleboards. We have free WiFi (upgraded to fiber optic cable in spring 2016), a laundromat, public showers and restrooms, community pavillion, dog beach and kids playground. During the day, there is also a pool and hot tub open. The resort is located adjacent to Roderick Haig-Brown Provincial Park and just 450 metres from the Adams River, famous for its annual salmon run. Our 170+ full service campsites have water, 50amp power, and sanitary hookup. The resort is open May 1st through late October, with a full time attendant onsite.
