We are a family owned and operated lakefront resort with lodging in modern, well-maintained cabins and RV park. We offer pontoon boat, aluminum boat with motor, kayak and canoe rentals. Each cabin and RV site has it's own assigned dock space. The fishing is great, Loon Lake has native rainbow trout only; it not stocked, but the fish are plentiful. Beautiful natural landscape with riparian shoreline. There is no beach, but enjoying a float, swimming off the end of the docks and jumping off a rented pontoon boat are very popular water activities on hot days. RV park has coin operated showers, bathrooms, firepits, free firewood and is pet friendly.

Each room is personally decorated. All of the two-story Merritt Lodge Motel rooms provide free WiFi internet router, 43" flat-screen smart TV with cable box, microwave and coffee tea maker, refrigerator, quiet balcony, air conditioning, and every room is non-Smoking. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly rental is also available. Special price is offered.

Did you know that the Bon Voyage Inn has completed a full renovation of all guest-rooms in 2016? Enjoy our new look, and the convenience of our location: Direct access to Hwy 16, still in a quiet residential area. There are two restaurants and a shopping area with laundromat, health food-store, cold beer and wine store, gas station with car and truck wash, convenience store and more - just at your doorstep. Motor-bikers traveling to or from Alaska may find our property handy, since we always (based on availability) will try to have them on the ground floor, and we are happy to provide rags for cleaning ... and can offer some spots where they machines can stay dry during bad weather. Cyclists may also find us a good stop-over, since we do offer overnight locked storage for the bicycles. You don't have to bring it into your room. The Bon Voyage Inn also features a spacious, well-lit parking lot, which is a good fit for bus groups, teams, school excursions and also big trucks. Winter plug-ins are, of course, available to our guests. Rocky Mountain Buffalo Ranch & Guest Cottage ~ Buffalo Tours. A working Buffalo & Guest Ranch. We offer educational buffalo tours daily May thru September. The owner, Leo Downey, does one tour every morning May 15th thru September, starting at 10:15 a.m. (Alberta Time )This includes the native fire making demonstration. We also offer year round accommodations in our fully furnished guest cottage and our peaceful cabin by the creek,, Wagon in the Woods and Buffalero's Bunkhouse in the Barn. Elizabeth Lake Lodge is a Canadian Alpine designed lodge located at the south entrance to Cranbrook, adjacent to Elizabeth Lake Conservation area and walking trails. The lodge features the finest king and queen beds in Cranbrook, and every room has heated Italian tile in the bathrooms with locally made organic soaps.
