Sun n' Sup is a full service paddle board shop in the village of Naramata. The Village sits at the end of the road off the famous Naramata Bench which is dotted with over 40 wineries. We sell, rent and offer lessons in paddle boarding as well as rent a few kayaks. Are you looking for a new Red Paddle Co. inflatable paddleboard, a carbon Werner, Blackfish SUP Paddle, Mustang Waist PFD or dry bag?? We have just what you need for your paddling adventures. Need to up your paddling technique call us and take a lesson or just rent for the afternoon our shop has everything you need including a wonderful selection of summer clothing, sun hats, UV shirts, sunglasses and sandals. Naramata has 2 protected bays for you to paddle in depending on the weather, each rental board comes with a cart to easily pull your paddleboard and gear to Manitou or Wharf Park.

Amaruq is based out of Victoria, BC, and offers guided motorcycle adventures spanning the entire length of Vancouver Island, as well as the Chilcotin Plateau and the Rockies. Our trips run anywhere from one to nine days, and our workshops are all one-day events focusing on either GPS Navigation on Motorcycles or Adventure Touring Skills. We cater to a variety of riding abilities & experience.

Quaaout Lodge & Spa at Talking Rock Golf Resort, the pride of the Skwlx te Secwepemculecw (Little Shuswap Lake Band), is situated on the north shore of Little Shuswap Lake. Located midway between Vancouver & Calgary the Resort is located just minutes off the Trans Canada Highway, a 45 minute drive east from Kamloops, or a scenic 2 hour drive north from Kelowna International Airport. The Lodge's guest rooms suffered a severe structure fire in the spring of 2022, resulting in losing the accommodation wing. Skwlx te Secwepemculecw have committed to a rebuild with hopes to open in 2026. The Resort is still open, including Le7ke Spa, Conference Center, Talking Rock Golf Course (seasonal) & Jack Sams Restaurant (seasonal).

Brackendale Art Gallery, Home of the Brackendale Winter Eagle Festival and Count. Located one scenic hour north of Vancouver or 40 minutes south of Whistler, Brackendale Art Gallery is a center for the arts in the Squamish Valley. The Gallery offers licensed food service, gallery exhibits, concerts, live theatre, workshops and facilities for meetings and celebrations. The Brackendale Art Gallery Theatre Teahouse was established in 1970 as a community cultural centre to foster and further appreciation of local, BC and Canadian visual and performing art and artists. E. C. Manning Provincial Park is a focus of outdoor recreation that is unique in British Columbia. Located in the heart of the Cascade Mountains, it is within a three hour drive from either the Lower Mainland (Vancouver) or the Okanagan. The climate and geography have combined to make this park an all-season recreation area. There are 4 provincial front-country campgrounds within the park, and multiple backcountry campsites. Within E.C. Manning Provincial Park, there are incredible hiking trails, and multi-purpose trails for biking, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross-country ski and back-country trails in the winter. The park contains a large number of scenic, historic, floral and fauna attractions with opportunities for fishing, paddling and bird watching. E.C. Manning Park protects over 70 000 hectares of diversified terrain varying from the towering cedar rainforest of Sumallo Grove to the rare 2000+ year old Subalpine Larch forest on Mount Frosty.

Metchosin ArtPod is an artist-run collective and gallery located in the rural village of Metchosin, on Greater Victorias West Shore. We support local visual artists by offering opportunities to learn, create, show, and sell original work, and offer the community a venue for engaging with the visual arts. We offer: open calls for art submissions to artists in our region and beyond; externally juried art shows and sales in a gallery setting; show opening events, featured artist talks, and discussion forums; weekly drop-in art sessions; art workshops, resource networks and learning opportunities. Art drop-in sessions are held during the week, and the gallery is open Fri -Sun, 11-4.
