Founded in 1993, Poplar Grove Winery is one of the original five wineries on the Naramata Bench. Tony and Barb Holler purchased the winery in 2007 with the long-term vision and commitment to building one of the most respected wine growing estates in Canada. Their sons, Chris, Andrew, Matthew and Eric farm more than 140 acres of estate vineyards with care. Together, they share a commitment to express the incredible diversity of the Okanagan Valley. The Hollers are leading the journey to put Okanagan Valley wines on the map with an unwavering commitment to traditional farming and winemaking principles. Poplar Grove is widely recognized for crafting benchmark Pinot Gris and Cabernet Franc as well as multiple varietals and exceptional blends. Their flagship Okanagan blend of red Bordeaux varieties, The Legacy, first produced in 2003, is a wine that has the rare quality of being good at any age. Professionally guided, all inclusive, day- and multi-day kayak adventures in Desolation Sound, the Copeland Islands and Okeover Inlet. Sea Kayaking is a fun-tastic way to explore and two of British Columbias most unique and scenic kayak destinations, Desolation Sound Marine Park and the Copeland Islands Marine Park. Quite often we will be followed by nosy seals, playful river otters and sometimes even by an impressive sea lion. With a bit of luck we could encounter a pod of Killer Whales or even a Humpback Whale in Desolation Sound or Salish Sea. Throughout the seasons many bird species choose this area to forage or breed. Frequent sightings of bald eagles, various ducks and shore-birds are not uncommon. We focus on SMALL GROUPS and personal attention. This completely restored Hudsons Bay Company post, located on the shores of Stuart Lake, was an economic powerhouse of trade and commerce in the 19th Century. It is the largest group of original wooden buildings depicting the fur trade in Canada and portrays the relationship between the fur traders and the Carrier First Nation. Costumed interpreters provide a first hand look at how people lived, ate, worked and died more than a century ago.

Mills Landing is a small oceanfront cottage resort on the west coast of Vancouver Island. We cater to people looking for exceptional marine and fishing adventures, and pride ourselves in providing exceptional service in Bamfield BC, Vancouver Island's most historic coastal fishing village. We have four cabins and one house that are available for rental, all with varying amounts of bedrooms and sizes of beds. Our fish cleaning station has a top of the line commercial vacuum sealer as well as a commercial freezer for your catch.

Macaloney's Island Distillery & Twa Dogs Brewery is a producer of premium malt whiskies and superb craft beers. Our basic tour lasts 45 mins and begins in our visitors centre and flows the way the spirits go, past the grist mill where you can taste some of the various strains of malted & un- malted barley, or other cereals that we as a craft brewer as well as a distiller get to play and experiment with. Onward into the heart of the Brew & Still house through the smells of the mash tun & wash backs, past the gleaming swan necked Stills and then up into the warehouse and bottling hall before returning back to the visitors centre for a wee dram of two of the whiskies in our Macaloney Cask Selection series along with three of our craft beers.
