The Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre is a three-story, 30,400-square foot award-winning cultural centre designed to blend the traditional Squamish Longhouse with the Lil'wat Istken. Cultural Ambassadors share their knowledge and stories with guests, on a guided tour, augmenting the information shared throughout the centre's curated collection of cultural carvings, regalia, weaving and contemporary art. The PoCo Heritage Museum and Archives, located next to City Hall in downtown Port Coquitlam, is operated by The Port Coquitlam Heritage and Cultural Society (founded in 1988). Our mission is to celebrate and preserve Port Coquitlam's diverse heritage and culture through community engagement.

Sorrento Centre welcomes large events, small groups and individual guests to relax and enjoy our beautiful 24-acre main campus, including our private waterfront on the Shuswap Lake. Visit hiking trails and biking routes and rest in great beauty. Motel/lodge rooms (some with cooking facilities), private cabins, serviced RV spaces, cozy cabanas and tent sites (including those with a view of Shuswap Lake). Sorrento Centre hosts groups from 5 to 500. We have a large site beside the lake, and varied buildings which can offer great versatility to your organization. We have three lodges with comfortable accommodation, several conference spaces and many beautiful outdoor settings for your group to engage in what excites you. Our kitchen is delighted to provide family style meal service to your group of 12 or more. Three meals a day plus snacks are available, with previous arrangement. We use produce from our own farm whenever possible and love to share the bounty of this place. We cater for some dietary concerns creating vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, and nut free meals when given advance notice. Please ask about choosing your own menu if you have special requests or just loved what you had last time you were visiting.
