The Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre is a three-story, 30,400-square foot award-winning cultural centre designed to blend the traditional Squamish Longhouse with the Lil'wat Istken. Cultural Ambassadors share their knowledge and stories with guests, on a guided tour, augmenting the information shared throughout the centre's curated collection of cultural carvings, regalia, weaving and contemporary art. Traditional drum songs are shared at the top of each hour. See a traditional Istken Pithouse and Longhouse outside, as well as enjoying a Salish Forest Walk during summer. The Sun Peaks Lodge is located in 2 adjacent buildings in the heart of Sun Peaks Resort, with ski-in/ski-out access, just steps away from the chairlift for skiing, hiking and biking and the 18-hole Golf Course. All the village shops & restaurants are located directly outside the front door. The 44 rooms and studios are tastefully decorated and feature flat screen TV , comfortable beds with duvets, hotel fridge, private safe, phone, coffee maker with complimentary coffee/tea, iron/ironing board, renovated bathrooms with walk in rain showers and hairdryer. The studios offer kitchenettes. During the ski season (Dec-Mar) a hot tub, sauna, steam room, ski storage room and the Steakhouse restaurant are available.

My individual custom tours are visiting the most beautiful scenic places around Northern Vancouver Island while having a chance to photograph and watch grizzly bears, black bears, killer whales, humpback whales, dolphins, bald eagles and other wildlife. All tours are lead by professional (35+ years) wildlife and nature photographer Rolf Hicker. A maximum of 4 guests per tour makes them ideal for families, photographers of all levels, special needs as well as couples.

The Stanley Park Railway is one of Vancouver's most popular attractions, welcoming over 200,000 visitors per year.
