Sun n' Sup is a full service paddle board shop in the village of Naramata. The Village sits at the end of the road off the famous Naramata Bench which is dotted with over 40 wineries. We sell, rent and offer lessons in paddle boarding as well as rent a few kayaks. Are you looking for a new Red Paddle Co. inflatable paddleboard, a carbon Werner, Blackfish SUP Paddle, Mustang Waist PFD or dry bag?? We have just what you need for your paddling adventures. Need to up your paddling technique call us and take a lesson or just rent for the afternoon our shop has everything you need including a wonderful selection of summer clothing, sun hats, UV shirts, sunglasses and sandals. Naramata has 2 protected bays for you to paddle in depending on the weather, each rental board comes with a cart to easily pull your paddleboard and gear to Manitou or Wharf Park.

We are a water bike and beach fun rentals business. Our aim is to provide a unique outdoor experience that is inclusive and leaves no footprint on our beautiful B.C. waters. Our quiet, easy to ride, ecological water bikes are a fresh, fun way to get on the water. We aim to be as green as possible. Please consider walking, taking transit or carpooling to our location.

Spend a few minutes hiking through the rainforest to the spectacular Crystal Bowl for river swimming, cliff diving, scuba diving, or even crayfish catching or playing on floaties with your little ones. Young campers will also enjoy riding bikes down the ramps, playing at our popular playground, fishing at the pond, or watching millions of tadpoles grow into western toads and start their migration journey toward the rainforest. U'mista Cultural Centre is one of the longest-operating and most successful First Nations cultural facilities in BC, founded in 1980 as a ground breaking project to house potlatch artifacts which had been seized by government during an earlier period of cultural repression. The return of the potlatch artifacts not only provided U'mista's name ('the return of something important'), and sparked a general trend toward repatriation of First Nations and cultural artifacts, it caused the creation of a physical facility and human resources infrastructure which have been successfully operated for over two decades.U'mista now operates a modern museum and cultural education facility in Alert Bay. Their operations include the museum, an extensive art gallery and gift shop, group tours, and presentations by dance troupes.

Located within a Provincial Park, we are the only resort resting on the shores of spring fed Echo Lake. We have 7 rustic lakefront cabins, all with their own deck & dock to enjoy the view from. Our 35 campsites vary from serviced (limited power) and unserviced forest sites, and serviced or unserviced waterfront sites. The lake brings in great fish, and our new 2015 playground and swim dock is great for kids. We would love to have you and your family stay with us at this amazing place!

We are located on the beautiful Naramata Bench in the heart of the Okanangan Valley. At LA FRENZ, we believe the quality in the bottle begins in the vineyard. Cutting edge and meticulous vineyard practices are used in combination with varieties tailored to the unique soils and micro climates of our vineyard sites to produce the vibrant and intense grape characters found only in the Okanagan Valley.
