Choose from fun & splashy Class II/III rapids or more challenging (and bigger!) Class IV rapids for an adrenaline-pumping adventure. Guests need only bring a bathing suit and towel; top-quality wetsuits, neoprene booties & gloves, spray jackets, life jackets and helmets are provided. Our River Base offers heated indoor change rooms and spacious covered decks for enjoying views of the river and mountains. Conveniently located on TransCanada Hwy #1; 45 minutes west of Lake Louise. Daily half-day & full-length trips are offered mid-May through mid-September. No previous rafting experience required. Ideal for the entire family! Rafting the Kicking Horse since 1992. John Henry's Resort & Marina offers 4 cozy oceanfront cottages and a marina, amidst spectacular Sunshine Coast scenery and beautiful gardens. Standing at the base of the ski runs and just steps from the gondola are the Glacier and Mountaineer lodges. These beautiful executive style condos and rooms are fully furnished and were designed with creature comfort in mind. All condos have fully equipped kitchens, gas fireplaces and spectacular views. Every campsite comes standard with power, water, sanitary hookups and WiFi. All electrical services are 50 amp, if you require 30 amp service you will need a 30 amp adapter.
