If you are new to fishing and would like to give it a try, fishing charters are available throughout the summer with our experienced guides. The Villa Motel is located right by Nelsons Orange Bridge, with views of Kootenay Lake and the surrounding mountains. It is ideally situated away from Nelsons city noise with plenty of free parking while being a close 4 minute drive to Baker Street.

We offer 25 spacious campsites, 1 tipi site and 8 log cabins for nightly stays from May - October. The campsites are unserviced and include a picnic table and fire ring. The campground has outhouses with water for hand washing, a shared dishwashing sink and outdoor shower. Inside cabin includes bathrooms with showers and hot water, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, dishes and a variety of sleeping arrangements in the loft. The cabins are all facing towards the wetlands with a view of the Valley. There is a deck out front each cabin with a BBQ and element for cooking, a picnic table and fire ring.

33 Full-service RV pads nestled in a valley between 2 mountains. Public WiFi, washrooms, showers, and coin laundry on site. There is a walking trail for guest use only. We are walking distance to a small beach access and a short drive away from all the attractions and amenities of Gibsons.

The Ainsworth Hot Springs Resort is a four season destination featuring contemporary hotel guest rooms, patio views from the Yaqan Nukiy rooms, Ktunaxa Grill, Nasookin Room, and a well-stocked Retail/Gift Shop. Castlegar's Golf Club is a championship 18-hole, semi-private course situated above the Columbia River. Our facilities include a fully-stocked golf shop, excellent practice facilities, full service Clubhouse & a new 20 site RV Park. We also offer the following amenities: private lessons, grass tee driving range, practice greens, club rentals & power carts. In 2010, we hosted the BC Amateur and in 2011 the BC Senior games.
