Quaaout Lodge & Spa at Talking Rock Golf Resort, the pride of the Skwlx te Secwepemculecw (Little Shuswap Lake Band), is situated on the north shore of Little Shuswap Lake. Located midway between Vancouver & Calgary the Resort is located just minutes off the Trans Canada Highway, a 45 minute drive east from Kamloops, or a scenic 2 hour drive north from Kelowna International Airport. The Lodge's guest rooms suffered a severe structure fire in the spring of 2022, resulting in losing the accommodation wing. Skwlx te Secwepemculecw have committed to a rebuild with hopes to open in 2026. The Resort is still open, including Le7ke Spa, Conference Center, Talking Rock Golf Course (seasonal) & Jack Sams Restaurant (seasonal).

Jennifer Chocolates is an artisan gourmet chocolate shop in Nakusp, BC. We make everything right here on location and very often you can see the chocolatier at work and watch our decadent chocolate creations being made. Come and let us tempt your taste buds with our famous dark chocolate truffles or enjoy summer treats like homemade caramel or Sponge Toffee.

Backyard Vineyards is nestled in the lush countryside of south Langley, less than an hour's drive from Vancouver. At Backyard Vineyards they harvest from their own Fraser Valley Estate vineyards and from their farmers' vineyards in the Okanagan Valley. Since opening in 2009 their wines have been recognized both locally and internationally, winning over 30 medals for quality and flavour. Stoneboat is a family owned artisan winery in Oliver, BC. For over 35 years the family has farmed on the South Okanagan's Lower Black Sage Bench, where rocky, calcareous subsoils, warm days, and cool nights create perfect conditions for growing premium Pinot varietals of distinct character and complexity. Britannia Shipyards National Historic Site is an authentic representation of a once thriving community of canneries, boat yards, and residences, along the scenic shores of the Fraser River. Tour the oldest shipyard buildings in British Columbia, as you experience a bygone time when fishing and boatbuilding were flourishing industries on the Fraser River. Many of the buildings date back to 1885 and tell the stories of the diverse community of residents and workers in the historic fishing village of Steveston. The collection of heritage buildings has national value and was designated a National Historic Site in 1992.

Bounce on our huge inflatable waterpark, paddle the sandy shoreline with the eagles, have margaritas and tacos at our floating cantina or jump aboard one of our many boat rentals. We have day trip and overnight options for any thrill level. At just 3.5 hours from Calgary, 1 hr from Fernie and Cranbrook, we are too close not to join the fun!

Two Rivers Gallery is a vital centre for visual art in Prince George and the central interior of British Columbia, Canada. It is run by the nonprofit Prince George Regional Art Gallery Association with a mission to: Encourage lifelong learning through the arts, Create an environment for vigorous artistic and cultural expression and Provide opportunities for diverse experiences through participation and exhibition.

We are a family based winery focusing on premium wines produced from grapes grown in the spectacular Similkameen Valley. Our unique solar powered winery was built using strawbale construction, which is energy efficient and well suited to our desert environment. Our wineshop is open for tastings from May until October. We have a beautiful long table next to our vineyard, surrounded by trees - the perfect setting for a picnic and glass of wine.

Playland is part of the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) fairgrounds in Vancouver and is BCs most famous amusement park. Playland features exhilarating rides and attractions for all ages, exciting midway games, mini-golf, a climbing wall, haunted mansion and a variety of delicious food. Playland offers over 35 rides and attractions, including four exciting roller coasters. One of the most loved and talked about attractions at Playland is the historic Wooden Roller Coaster. This spectacular coaster has been operating at the park since 1958 and is cited as a Coaster Classic by the American Coaster Enthusiasts organization, which is an honour shared by only 22 other wooden coasters in the world. For the more adventurous visitors, Playland offers 15 extreme rides and attractions including the extreme swing ride Atmosfear, which takes you up 218 feet while spinning 70km/hour and The Beast, cited as Canadas most extreme pendulum ride. For those looking to experience a bit of thrill with the entire family, Playland features 17 family and kids rides including three new family rides for 2016, a spinning coaster, Bug Whirled, a peddle operated ride, Flutterbye and a tower, Dizzy Drop. Skeena Cat Skiing is northern B.C.'s only cat ski destination. Skeena's pristine location, unique camp set up and exceptional service delivers not only fantastic cat skiing but an entire wilderness experience. The developed terrain offers incredible tree skiing, natural glades, open bowls and the steep...something for everyone! Skeena has enjoyed 9 years of operation and continues to open more terrain each season. You just might get a first descent at Skeena! Skeena's Base Camp utilizes quonset style tents to house their guests. The double occupancy bedroom tents are insulated, have a floor, are heated and have electricity. The tents are furnished with real mattresses, wool comforters, comfy pillows and Skeena supplies towels as well as organic shampoo and conditioner. The "common" tent contains the kitchen, dining area and lounge. Moist Pacific air colliding with the cold, dry air from the interior creates the huge dumps of perfect powder snow that Skeena is famous for!!

The winery sits on the rolling hills of our vineyard. The peak of the winery overlooks gorgeous views of peaceful Vaseux Lake. The land sits on 10 acres with five acres of planted grapes. Join us for a tasting, then sit and relax in our grassy amphitheatre. Take in the scenery, picnic, stay awhile and you never know which bird you may spot: could be a hawk, a couple of ospreys or other species.
