The Strathcona Hotel is centrally located in the heart of downtown Victoria, within walking distance of the Empress Hotel, Victoria Conference Centre, Royal BC Museum, and Victoria's beautiful Inner Harbour. We are home to a variety of entertainment venues, including the Sticky Wicket Pub, Clubhouse Lounge, Games Room Sports Bar, Distrikt Nightclub, Rooftop Patio (summer months,) and the world famous Big Bad Johns Hillbilly Bar. Our drop-in tour hours are from 1-4 PM Monday-Friday. Trethewey House Heritage Site is operated by Heritage Abbotsford Society, a registered non-profit. Our mission is to collect, record, preserve and share the stories of Abbotsford. We offer a range of programs and experiences including site tours, exhibits, historical Abbotsford walking tours, and more - all by donation. The Heritage Site consists of Trethewey House, Joey's Playhouse, the Upper Sumas Train Station, a Heritage Gallery, and the Sylvia Pincott Heritage Habitat Garden. Trethewey House was built in 1919-1920 by Joseph Ogle "J.O." Trethewey. As President of the Abbotsford Lumber Company, J.O. was responsible for leadership of the company during the company's boom years in the 1920s. The House is built in the local Craftsman style and was constructed using primarily local materials, making it distinct from other buildings of similar age within the City of Abbotsford.

Silver Tip Lodge Heli-Skiing is the most remote, rustic and exclusive Heli-Ski experience available today, located in the majestic Cariboo Mountains in British Columbia. The only program for Heli-Ski guests is the one they create; you can ski when you want, for as long as you'd like, guided by ACMG guides who ensure your safety in the mountains. Snowshoe through old growth cedar using marked trails on the property, or set our on freshly set cross-country ski tracks straight from the lodge. All equipment is provided. After a long day of skiing enjoy decadent dining catered to your taste, take a soak in the hot tub overlooking the lake, relax in the sauna and steam room, or visit the massage therapist on site. The Canadian Museum of Flight is a great family day out. We inspire young people towards a passion for aviation and for science and technology more generally. We tell stories of our rich Canadian aviation history, stories people want to hear and stories people want told. Our hangar is packed with interesting displays and models, fascinating memorabilia and more. Our Museum is a very hands-on facility. Many of our aircraft can be touched, gently. Children can discover aircraft made not only from aluminum, but also from wood and fabric. Weather permitting, several aircraft are open for sitting and dreaming by kids (of all ages). Photo op!
