The Westbank Museum and West Kelowna Visitor Centre is open. We are a community museum as well as a Visitor Information Centre. We strive to promote our community's history and to give visitors outstanding service! We are open daily 9 am to 4 pm from May Long Weekend to Labour Day Weekend.

Bone Creek Wilderness Retreat is north of Blue River, BC in the heart of the Caribou and Monashee Mountains. Hike, Sled, Quad or just enjoy the view right from your deck. Lots of trails and 1/2 mile of North Thompson River frontage "endless things to do." We give our customers a friendly personal down-home service in a welcoming rustic wilderness setting. Each private uniquely decorated cabin offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a large three piece bathroom, and a BBQ on the deck that will treat each customer to a relaxed wilderness experience. Cozy picturesque cottages overlooking St. Mary's Lake are each fully equipped with kitchenettes, barbecues and lakeview decks. We offer guests the use of complimentary rowboats, canoes and kayaks to try some bass and trout fishing or just to paddle around the lake and enjoy the serenity of our island. A gradual walk-in lakefront makes swimming a breeze. We also offer free wifi.

Facilities: 16 campsites, pit toilets, water hand pump. Location: 5 km west of Rock Creek on Highway 3. Johnstone Creek is a quiet, forested campground just off Highway 3. Whether you are looking for relaxation in a beautiful nature setting or are seeking a well situated roadside stopover 35 minutes west of Osoyoos, this campground is less than 10 minutes from Rock Creek and Kettle River Recreation Area. Campsites are often available for last-minute campers in peak months. Fees are cash only and are self-registration. The park has 38 hectares of mature Douglas fir, larch and spruce trees that provide habitat for woodpeckers and other cavity nesting bird species. White-tailed deer are often seen in the park. Wildlife viewing opportunities can be observed from the short nature loop hike and lookout trail. Open from the May Long Weekend through the second weekend in September.
