At Kootenay Adaptive, we offer personalized rental and experience packages which include, off road hand cycling and adaptive mountain biking to persons with disabilities. Based out of Nakusp, BC and our primary service area are the Okanagan and Kootenay Regions. We also provide experiences across the province and beyond. The White Rock Museum and Archives is a place for celebrating our community and its history through collecting and preserving artifacts, researching and designing exhibitions, and interpreting and communicating stories. Eagle Acres Dairy & Pumpkin Patch is a family farm located near historic Fort Langley BC that is open year round for visitors to Milk a Cow by hand, feed the cows and calves and learn about the Canadian Dairy Industry in an interactive guided 75-90 minute tour. The farm also offers visitors the chance to visit many other farm animals. Visit in October for our LegenDairy Pumpkin Patch experience. Drop in and choose a pumpkin from a field beside the cows on pasture or take a hayride to the field next to the forest to search for your jack'o'lantern there. We offer units with hot water, showers, toilets, fridges, stoves with ovens and bar-b-ques. We also have units with just cold running water and toilets. There are rustic cabins available with outhouses. We have waterfront and upper section campsites. There are centrally located washrooms with coin operated showers for those guests who do not have these amenities in the unit. There are electric motorboats, rowboats, kayaks canoes and pedal boats available for rent.

IMPORTANT: We practice catch & release for ALL trips. Under NO exceptions do we keep fish to bring home to eat. Minimum age requirement of 12. All guests MUST weigh between 80-250 lbs (36-113 kgs) due to limited equipment at this time. After picking you up from your accommodation in Whistler we will get you looking like a local BC angler by putting you in a pair of waders and boots. This allows you to get into the water and stay completely dry! Depending on the time of year, you may catch Rainbow Trout, Bull Trout or Cutthroat Trout and your experienced fishing guide will select a water body that will give you the best chance of catching one of these species. Because of this, you may be fishing in a small stream, river or lake. Our thought process is simple. Drive less and fish more to maximize your time out on the water fishing. There are plenty of lunkers a short drive from the Whistler village.

Family Friendly Music Lounge and Brewery. Our Kootenay crafted beer is made with pure untreated water. We don't use any additives, preservatives or filtration in our brewing process.
