Touring the waters around Gwaii Haanas National Park Reserve, Haida Heritage Site and National Marine Conservation Area on Haida Gwaii since 1988 has earned us a growing reputation for providing fun, educational and safe wilderness adventures at affordable prices. We offer boat tours from one to four days long including fixed roof accommodations and meals. We rent and transport sea kayaks and passengers into the Gwaii Haanas area. We have a small outdoor gear store at our office in Sandspit. We also own and operate the Seaport B&B in Sandspit.

BC's Original Paddleboard Shop - Across from Kalamalka Beach and at the head of the Okanagan Rail Trail. Kalavida is BC's first paddleboard-focused shop and has played an important role in promoting the sport regionally and nationally. The Retail Shop is full of Paddleboards, gear, surf-inspired clothing, flops and more. The Rental Shop has Bike Rentals (E-Bike & Cruiser) and the largest fleet of paddleboards in the region. Head out for an amazing experience on Kalamalka Lake or Rent a bike for the Okanagan Rail Trail or Kalamalka Provincial Park - or both! Before or after your ride, visit the Rail Trail Cafe and historic Kal Beach Market located right next to the shop.

Sea Kayaking is a fun-tastic way to explore and two of British Columbias most unique and scenic kayak destinations, Desolation Sound Marine Park and the Copeland Islands Marine Park. Quite often we will be followed by nosy seals, playful river otters and sometimes even by an impressive sea lion. With a bit of luck we could encounter a pod of Killer Whales or even a Humpback Whale in Desolation Sound or Salish Sea. Throughout the seasons many bird species choose this area to forage or breed. Frequent sightings of bald eagles, various ducks and shore-birds are not uncommon. We focus on SMALL GROUPS and personal attention. Mabel Lake Golf Course is a 9 hole golf course, designed and built by Les Furber. Our chalet style clubhouse features a fully licensed restaurant & patio, pro shop, plus banquet and meeting facilities. We also offer a variety of accommodation from luxury homes to beachfront cabins and lake view condos. Amenities include free wifi, satellite tv, swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ, etc. And if you're a pilot, we have a 2900' grass landing strip for your convenience.
