Sun n' Sup is a full service paddle board shop in the village of Naramata. The Village sits at the end of the road off the famous Naramata Bench which is dotted with over 40 wineries. We sell, rent and offer lessons in paddle boarding as well as rent a few kayaks. Are you looking for a new Red Paddle Co. inflatable paddleboard, a carbon Werner, Blackfish SUP Paddle, Mustang Waist PFD or dry bag?? We have just what you need for your paddling adventures. Need to up your paddling technique call us and take a lesson or just rent for the afternoon our shop has everything you need including a wonderful selection of summer clothing, sun hats, UV shirts, sunglasses and sandals. Naramata has 2 protected bays for you to paddle in depending on the weather, each rental board comes with a cart to easily pull your paddleboard and gear to Manitou or Wharf Park.

We are located on the beautiful Naramata Bench in the heart of the Okanangan Valley. At LA FRENZ, we believe the quality in the bottle begins in the vineyard. Cutting edge and meticulous vineyard practices are used in combination with varieties tailored to the unique soils and micro climates of our vineyard sites to produce the vibrant and intense grape characters found only in the Okanagan Valley. The potential of the resulting fruit, using experience and careful stewardship throughout the vinification process, is maintained and enhanced to create exceptional wines that truly reflect the grape variety and vineyard site. We welcome you to our unique wine shop overlooking Lake Okanagan. From April through October, we are open Thursday- Monday (closed Tuesday and Wednesday), 10am to 5pm for tastings and purchases. Join us on our patio for a seated tasting experience or sample at the tasting bar. Seating is limited so reservations are encouraged.

Facilities: Public beach, day-use picnic area, flush toilets, change house. Location: Off Hwy 3, in the town of Christina Lake. Christina Lake has a reputation of being one of the warmest lakes in all of Canada and is very popular with families. With its 300 metres of fine sandy beach, people flock to this swimming destination in the summer months. There is no overnight camping at this location. The closest provincial park campground with overnight accommodation is Gladstone (Texas Creek campground), 10 km east of Christina Lake. Nearby provincial campgrounds that should be able to accommodate last-minute campers in July and August include Boundary Creek, Jewel Lake, and Nancy Greene.

Wakesurfing is fun for all ages and experience levels. Based on Okanagan Lake in Kelowna, Off The Grid offers wakesurf lessons, wakeboard lessons, boat rentals (including equipment and captain) as well as great custom rental packages for corporate outings, bachelorette parties and family vacations. All of our drivers and coaches learn from Competitive Wake Surf Association competitor Bryce Wagner. Our coaches are always fun and know how to get even the most uncoordinated person up surfing and having a blast, or can help you improve on your skills if youre looking to step up your surf game. We get you off the shores and on to the lake. Bring a big group of your friends or family, load up the boat and have someone take care of all the details for you. EP Orchards is a family owned soft fruit orchard. We grow organic peaches, plums, nectarines and apricots. Come and enjoy our U-Pick or buy fresh fruit which we have picked for you. We welcome families, campers and groups. We look forward to seeing you.
