Chims Cabins is located on the west side of Port Alberni along Highway 4, just a 57 minute drive from the city centre and event venues. Ideal for travelers heading to Tofino, visiting for work, or couples seeking quiet comfort. We offer six (6) self-contained cabins with private entrances, full kitchens, and mountain views. Cabins feature queen beds or a combination of queen and double beds, with pull-out couches and roll-up cots available in select units. Amenities include free Rogers Business Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and one dedicated parking spot per unit (extra parking available upon request). Our eco-conscious property offers on-site garbage, recycling, and food waste disposal. Rates are based on double occupancy (2 guests sharing a queen bed) or number of beds provided. $25 + tax per night applies for each extra guest using the pull-out or cot. The Neptune's Jewel is the newest addition to the citys Charter Fleet and is certified by Transport Canada. It is a stunning mid-sized dinner yacht built to cruise Vancouver and entertain as many as 47 guests. The yacht is perfect for parties, carol ships, fireworks nights, weddings, and corporate events. The yacht is air conditioned, has very large windows, an entertainment system, a large upper deck and with setting on the bow. The Jewel is moored at Downtown Coal Harbour's 'Bayshore West Marina' just West of the Westin Hotel and next door to the entrance to Stanley Park. Ample parking and public transportation.
Dawn Mountain Nordic Centre: Come and explore our exciting Nordic ski trails in beautiful Golden, BC! We provide 33 km of groomed trails and a 4km snowshoe loop to enjoy. Whether youre a seasoned Nordic skier or its your first time on the trails, we have a variety of terrain to suit all abilities. These trails are maintained by the Golden Nordic Ski Club in agreement with Recreation Sites and Trails BC. Situated only 1km from the popular Kicking Horse Resort, Nordic skiing is a fun activity to add to your winter holiday bucket list. No roads, no towns...just wilderness and wildlife. Climb into the floatplane and take off from Prince Rupert, BC for a 20 minute flight over mountains and inlets to the Khutzeymateen. Our days are filled with searching for grizzly bears in the lush Khutzeymateen Inlet and estuary, with bald eagles, seabirds, seals, waterfalls and mountains.
