We are small family run boutique resort that has had a fan following for the 50 years now. Our managers, Ken & Nadia are a wonderful couple that take. care of this Facilty and will go out of the way to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. Our Resort is situated only a 5 hour drive from Vancouver, BC on Mahood Lake Road. Come and enjoy the quiet that greets our guests. Walk our nature trails or just relax. Stay in our cozy cabins right on the lake or hook up your RV only a few steps from the lake. Enjoy the experience of hooking into a fighting Rainbow Trout up to 5 lbs., Kokanee (Land locked Sockeye) up to 2 lbs or a Lake Char up to 10 lbs. You'll love the serenity of nature and the pleasure of boating on a calm, protected 2 1/2 mile lake.

Your hosts of the waterfront Tofino Swell Lodge are Betsy and Chris. They offer seven rooms, each named after a local species of salmon. Your stay comes complete with inviting common areas, fully equipped kitchen, picturesque gardens, a patio with BBQ and a hot tub looking into Clayoquot Sound. From the lodge Chris also operates Tofino Sports Fishing; join Chris on a fishing charter, scenic cruise or bird watching tour. Pets are welcome.

Our beautiful remote wilderness lodge is located at the shore of Williston Lake, 65 km by boat from Hudson's Hope. Pick up in Hudson's Hope is included. We also provide great guided wilderness adventure for individuals, couples and smaller groups (up to 8 persons). All trips are unique and individual, when it comes to accomodation, activities and duration. We can take you into the Rocky Mountains on horse back in tent camp and spend the days riding and hiking - we can go fishing for huge trouts on the lake - we can explore the area on side-by-sides, and maybe see bears, moose, elk and goats.
