Yellowhead Helicopters since 1975 has provided helicopter services to the public, industry and government from bases located throughout northern BC. Our operations centre is located in Prince George coordinates the fleet from bases along Yellowhead Highway 16 from Terrace to Valemount, and north to Stewart, Fort St John and more. Beautiful campground bordering Swift Creek on the edge of Valemount, B.C., Close enough to walk into the town of Valemount. We have 42 service sites with power, water, picnic tables, fire pits and 30 tent sites with picnic tables and fire pits. Washrooms newly renovated in 2013, free hot showers, laundry facilities, sani dump in campground, free WiFi, sell bundled wood and have a small store in office. The Chinook salmon spawn in the creek in early August to mid August and it is a sight to see!

Welcome to Skmana Ski and Snowshoe Club. Our ski and snowshoe club offers 18 kms of track set classic ski trials and a generous offering of designated snow shoe trails. All are well marked and cover a very wide range of natural forest, lakes and streams. Families, social groups and individual skiers and snowshoers will all find the trails very user friendly.
