Tofino Distillery produces Certified Organic Spirits with a unique blend of pristine water from the Meares Island watershed in Clayoquot Sound and Certified Organic grain from the North Okanagan region of the Interior in Armstrong, BC. Our winery is located in south east Kelowna just 10 minutes from downtown. We produce small lot Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and aromatic white wines. Winemaker & General Manager Grant Stanley sources premium fruit from a select few Okanagan growers and our home vineyard. Established in 1971, the Sidney Museum has served the community of Sidney and North Saanich since then. Run by the Society of Saanich Peninsula Museums, the museum promotes awareness of local heritage through exhibits, programs, and collections. Its permanent collection consists of over 6000 items. In addition to its permanent exhibits, the museum also features rotating monthly exhibits. These temporary exhibits include everything from an annual Quilting display, a Teddy Bear Christmas Display, and of course the famous 3-month long Lego Exhibit. The Society of Saanich Peninsula Museums is a non-profit organization, and the Museum is open to the public by donation.
