The Deep Bay Marine Field Station provides many learning opportunities for the public. We have aquariums and touch tanks that help to interpret the local marine environment to our visitors. A visit to the station can be quite an interactive experience! We have both guided and self-guided tours that provide interpretation on several themes along with occasional public lectures and special events.

BRM offers cabin, canoe & kayak rentals; campground; camp store; B & B type cafe and museum. The proprietors have lived in the area for over 40 years and specialize in everything Bowron Lake. Leghorn Ranch is a Premier Full Service Horseback Trail Riding outfit just 30 minutes from Vancouver. We offer guided horseback riding tours from March through to October. Our well trained horses are the heart and soul of our company. We hand select and train all of our own horses at Leghorn Ranch. We specialize in guided Trail rides for groups or families. The par 72, 18 hole course plays just beyond 7000 yards from the back tees. The fairways are well defined, with 40 strategically placed bunkers and water hazards in play on more than half of the 18 holes. These add to the degree of difficulty, while the open greens make Pagoda Ridge an enjoyable place to play. The bent grass greens are large and inviting, tempt the "go for it" attitude yet often rewarding the more accurate approach shots. The Asian infused architecture creates a memorable, unique experience that is unprecedented by any other course in the Fraser Valley. As you advance through the park-like grounds, walk upon the replica "Great Wall Of China" and past an authentic Chinese Fighting Ship, the Pagoda style architecture will provide you with a surreal sense that you have entered a mystical golf destination. -

The Cranbrook History Centre is a landmark site located in Cranbrook BC. We preserve and display internationally recognized paleontology specimens, a nationally designated railcar collection, and serve as a repository for the history of Cranbrook and the East Kootenay region for all to explore and discover. Located in beautiful downtown Cranbrook, the History Centre offers something for visitors of all ages. The Centre is also home to the Trans-Canada Limited, a luxury train that ran in the 1920s, as well as many other restored Canadian trains.
