Sea to Sky Paragliding – S2SPG
A paragliding school and provider of tandem paragliding experiences for locals and tourists to the spectacular Sea to Sky Corridor and Vancouver area. We are located in PEMBERTON/ WHISTLER Area Paragliding is freedom. Its a way of being in the moment. A peaceful experience in the sky that gives you a feeling of awe and amazement. Sea to Sky Paragliding hosted the Canadian Paragliding Nationals in 2017, and again in summer 2019 with international pilots from 13 countries. Pilot Guy Herrington has flown over 1500 flights in 7 countries on 4 continents. He has flown as high as 15,000, on flights lasting over 8 hours and has gone distances of over 230km. The Deep Bay Marine Field Station provides many learning opportunities for the public. We have aquariums and touch tanks that help to interpret the local marine environment to our visitors. A visit to the station can be quite an interactive experience! We have both guided and self-guided tours that provide interpretation on several themes along with occasional public lectures and special events.
Smokey Bear Campground Resort
This well treed resort has a little of everything. There are fully self-contained log cabins as well as a campground and winter B&B. We offer a winter outdoor hot tub, a playground and lots of hiking, biking and snowmobiling in the area.
Comox Air Force Museum
The mission of the Comox Air Force Museum is to preserve and teach the history and heritage of the Royal Canadian Air Force with a focus on CFB Comox, 19 Wing, and the west coast of Canada. A self-guided tour begins at the dawn of military aviation in WWI, WWII, Korea, the Cold War and United Nations Peacekeeping before reaching the section that features all of 19 Wing's past and present squadrons. The research library contains aviation reference materials, technical manuals, personal accounts, biographies, logbooks, and photographs. A well stocked gift shop is filled with clothing, hats, toys, and exclusive RCAF memorabilia. Heritage Air Park is home to a collection of aircraft that once flew at CFB Comox.

As of June 2018 we will be known as the "Canadian Princess Lodge & Marina" having completed the new 250ft marina. The marina will be available for guest boat moorage and local marina tourism business rentals such as sport fishing, whale watching, kayaking. Please contact property direct for marina enquires. Located on the shores of Ucluelet harbour, next to the permanently docked Canadian Princess, this resort features guest rooms with balconies overlooking the harbour and mountains. Each room at the Canadian Princess Lodge has been newly renovated as of spring 2018 equipped with free WIFI, cable TV and a coffee maker. A work desk is also provided. Sidney Street Market
During the pandemic, the Sidney Street Market was transformed into the "Sidney Outdoor Markets". Its new location off Beacon Avenue, next to the Mary Winspear Centre, hosts two markets per week throughout the summer. The new location offers plenty of nearby parking, larger, less crowded laneways to walk, convenient public washrooms and a wonderful variety of local and regional growers, producers, artists, musicians and creators that consist of many of our old favourites along with loads of new, exciting vendors. All of this is still just steps away from beautiful downtown Sidney and the many shops, restaurants and waterfront walkway. The Sidney Famer's Market takes place everything Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm beginning on Mother's Day, May 8 and ending on September 25.
