Founded in 1996, Black Hills Estate Winery produces premium wines from its estate vineyards on the acclaimed Black Sage Bench, in British Columbias Okanagan Valley. Born and raised in New Zealand, Ross joined the Black Hills Estate Winery team as winemaker in 2019, where he enjoys pushing wine quality boundaries for Black Hills premium portfolio, while also leading the transition to organic and biodiversity focused farming. Designed by the world-renowned player/architect team of Fred Couples and Gene Bates, The Rise is a spectacular championship course in Vernon, BCits your perfect escape from the day-to-day. 1,000 feet above Okanagan Lake, with its dynamic layout, generous landing areas, and six sets of tees at every hole, this course proudly accommodates golfers of all abilities. The SS Sicamous is the largest surviving paddle wheeler in Canada. It is open as a heritage site, museum and wedding venue. Launched in 1914, the ship provided a vital means of transport to remote communities on the shores of Okanagan Lake. The SS Sicamous is operated by the SS Sicamous Society: a non-profit organization that works to protect the marine heritage of the Okanagan.Funds from your admission go directly to the restoration of the SS Sicamous, and the other heritage ships in our care.

Participate In The Historic Mail Flight! Join our seasoned crew as we go about our very unique daily business. Your journey off the path begins at Corilairs float plane dock on world famous Tyee Spit, where you board the De Havilland Beaver or Cessna float plane. Your pilot will point out the many highlights of the region enroute to the remote islands of Coastal British Columbia.

Mark Loria Gallery is one of the leading indigenous art galleries in the world specializing in contemporary art from the Northwest Coast of Canada. Based in downtown Victoria, BC - and grateful to be on the traditional territories of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples - our gallery has been proud to represent the leading indigenous artists from Vancouver Island, BC and Canada for over 40 years (previously known as Alcheringa Gallery), and has placed art in private and public collections all over the world. The gallery produces four to six new exhibitions every year, supplemented by ongoing new works by gallery artists. Mark Loria Gallery has one of the largest fine print collections to be found anywhere, and also represents paintings, carvings/sculptures, wearable art, ceramics, and textiles. We have had a long commitment to supporting and promoting artists by donating back to their communities in ongoing efforts to preserve and protect indigenous culture.

Our home has two deluxe, self-cater suites one with a king and the other with a queen bedroom, full bathroom, living room, dining area, kitchenette and BBQ. Each suite has its own private entrance, patio and sensational views of Okanagan Lake and surrounding vineyards. We are also adjacent to the world class KVR hiking and biking trail. Continental breakfast included. Yes, we are OPEN and have put in place detailed cleaning and disinfecting procedures following recommendations by the Centre for Disease Control for Covid-19.

We are a fantastic and scenic accommodation in Peachland situated right on the waterfront (400' of it!). We offer three beautifully appointed self-contained suites, with stunning Okanagan Lake views, built in 2013. All suites feature private en-suite bathrooms and fully appointed kitchenettes with air conditioning, electric fireplaces and heated bathroom floors. The common area has books, magazines, game and BBQ. Pineacre On The Lake offers a truly unique experience to get away from it all but it is within a 5-20 minute reach of Penticton, Summerland, Westbank and Kelowna. We are in the heart of wine, lake and golf country and close to a wonderful variety of restaurants. At the bottom of our path/stairs are 400 feet of waterfront with a 90 dock, raft and change cabin where you can snooze, read, relax, picnic, swim and sunbathe..as well as use our kayaks and canoe at no charge.
