We are open year round with no reservations required: 10:00 am to 5:30 or 7:00 pm daily from mid-March to Oct.31 and noon to 4:00 pm, Tuesday to Sunday from Nov. 1 to mid-March. Everyone has a story, it seems, from back in the good old days, which makes a visit to Nostalgia Wines a trip down memory lane. The folks here just love to listen to these stories as they run their friendly tasting room, winery, and 17-acre vineyard.

Ranked in Canada's Top 100 Courses, the Wildstone Golf Course is the first Black Knight Course by Gary Player Design to be built on Canadian soil. This incredibly well conditioned and player friendly course is set on the rolling highlands above the city of Cranbrook, BC where hole after hole golfers are treated to stunning postcard views of the Canadian Rockies.The course plays from 7,127 yards from the back tees and 4,947 from the front. The attention to detail in the design of the course is obvious. Located on peaceful Denman Island, Fillongley Provincial Park is a short 10-minute ferry crossing from Buckley Bay (located between Qualicum Beach and the town of Courtenay). Fillongley is a popular small campground. It has 10 oceanside, compact campsites. It is 80% reservable and reservations are strongly recommended due to the limited number of campsites available. This is the only provincial campground on Denman Island; campers may camp in the adjacent day-use parking lot overnight when the main campground is full (regular camping fees apply to overflow camping).

Playland is part of the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) fairgrounds in Vancouver and is BCs most famous amusement park. Playland features exhilarating rides and attractions for all ages, exciting midway games, mini-golf, a climbing wall, haunted mansion and a variety of delicious food. Playland offers over 35 rides and attractions, including four exciting roller coasters. One of the most loved and talked about attractions at Playland is the historic Wooden Roller Coaster. This spectacular coaster has been operating at the park since 1958 and is cited as a Coaster Classic by the American Coaster Enthusiasts organization, which is an honour shared by only 22 other wooden coasters in the world. For the more adventurous visitors, Playland offers 15 extreme rides and attractions including the extreme swing ride Atmosfear, which takes you up 218 feet while spinning 70km/hour and The Beast, cited as Canadas most extreme pendulum ride. For those looking to experience a bit of thrill with the entire family, Playland features 17 family and kids rides including three new family rides for 2016, a spinning coaster, Bug Whirled, a peddle operated ride, Flutterbye and a tower, Dizzy Drop. For those hoping to capture amazing views of Vancouver, the Westcoast Wheel ferris wheel will provide just that! Of course, a visit to Playland is not complete without a ride on the historic Wooden Roller Coaster. Unique to Playland is Kids Playce, an area designated for parents and families with children between the ages of 2-10. The Steveston Museum building was built in 1905 as Stevestons first bank. Today, discover the people and moments that shaped Steveston Village. Continue into the Japanese Fishermens Benevolent Society Building to discover exhibits that explore history of Steveston's Japanese Canadian community. The Steveston Post Office and the Town Square Park are also located here, continuing to serve as a community hub for the village.
