The Fraser River Discovery Centre is a fun and friendly place for families of all ages in the heart of New Westminster, BC. We are here to discover the environment, economy and culture of the Fraser River through rotating exhibits and hands-on activities. We offer guided tours, field-trips, birthday parties, facility rentals and have a gift shop.

Vancouver and Richmond Whale Watching company based out of the historic fishing village of Steveston. We operate from April-October offering eco tours for kind of adventurers! Join our 40-foot semi-covered vessels accommodating groups of 23 passengers, offering comfortable inside seating & unrestricted outside viewing or hop on board our Zodiac, RIB style vessel for an exhilarating adventure! On board, enjoy your adventure with a knowledgeable Naturalist and experienced Captain and of course, lots of water and snacks. Perfect for adventurers who want to go headfirst into the wind, spray and wildness of the Salish Sea! Douglas Reynolds Gallery was established in 1995, and is located in Vancouver on Granville street between 7th and 8th avenues in the South Granville gallery district. We specialize in renowned Northwest Coast artwork. The gallery showcases museum quality pieces which make use of contemporary media such as resin, bronze, glass and aluminum. Works include masks, totem poles, bentwood boxes, sculpture, gold and silver jewelry, and early historic objects. Director & owner Douglas Reynolds, has over twenty years of experience dealing with Northwest Coastal native art. The gallery offers pieces by well-known artists such as Bill Reid, Robert Davidson, Jim Hart, Don Yeomans, Beau Dick and Klatle-bhi, while also supporting emerging artists such as Jay Simeon, Phil Gray, David R. Boxley, and Marcus Alfred. Works by these artists can be found in museums and private collections worldwide. We take pride in our friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Ocean Quest is owned by PADI Course Director (Instructor Trainer) Greg McCracken and PADI Master Instructor Deirdre McCracken. Greg and Deirdre have been actively involved in the diving industry for 20 years and continue to actively teach diving and dive for fun. Their expertise and enthusiasm will ensure that you will receive up to date advice on dive training, equipment and diving experiences. Greg, Deirdre and the staff of Ocean Quest will ensure that your experience is positive and rewarding.Ocean Quest offers Drysuit Specialty training and guided dives on demand (with advanced notice) for certifed divers visiting the Greater Vancouver area.

Coquitlam Heritage Society operates Mackin House Museum. Mackin House is one of the last remaining Fraser Mill homes. Located on the corner of Brunette Avenue and Marmont Street, Mackin House has been a landmark and monument in the community since it was built in 1909.
