Vancouver Bike Tours is an interpretive guiding company that offers daily bicycle tours of beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. Our tours make use of Vancouver's seawall, Stanley Park's forest trails and the City's bike lanes. Along the way you will hear local stories, receive historical information and view a number of the city's famous landmarks.

Sasquatch Mountain Resort is a small ski resort located in the Douglas Ranges near Harrison Lake, British Columbia, Canada, between the towns of Mission and Agassiz. Average annual snowfall at Hemlock Valley is 30-35 ft more than most other areas in Canada. The vertical drop is 396 m (1,300 ft) from a summit elevation of 1,371 m (4,500 ft) to a base elevation of 975m (3,300 ft). The area comprises 121 hectares (300 acres) and has 36 runs, the longest of which is 1.4 miles (2.3 km). The area has four lifts - one quad chair, one triple chair, one double chair and a beginner carpet. The resort features night skiing and tubing as well as 13 kilometres of trails for snowshoeing or cross-country skiing.

Facilities: 16 campsites, pit toilets, water hand pump. Location: 5 km west of Rock Creek on Highway 3. Johnstone Creek is a quiet, forested campground just off Highway 3. Whether you are looking for relaxation in a beautiful nature setting or are seeking a well situated roadside stopover 35 minutes west of Osoyoos, this campground is less than 10 minutes from Rock Creek and Kettle River Recreation Area. Campsites are often available for last-minute campers in peak months. Fees are cash only and are self-registration. The park has 38 hectares of mature Douglas fir, larch and spruce trees that provide habitat for woodpeckers and other cavity nesting bird species. White-tailed deer are often seen in the park. Wildlife viewing opportunities can be observed from the short nature loop hike and lookout trail. Open from the May Long Weekend through the second weekend in September.

The Ferry Building Gallery is a public community gallery operated by the District of West Vancouver. Located at the center of the Ambleside Landing area in one of West Vancouvers oldest buildings, it serves as a hub for arts and culture. The gallery presents up to 18 exhibitions annually to more than 500 visitors each week. The mandate of the gallery is to support the development of emerging and established artists from the North Shore, the Sea-to-Sky Corridor and the Sunshine Coast. The Boundary Museum Society was established in 1958, and incorporated in 1980. From its inception until 2009, the Boundary Museum Society operated out of the downtown core of Grand Forks, BC. In 2009, the Boundary Museum moved into the former Fructova School, now called the Fructova Heritage Site. The Fructova Heritage Site was built by the Christian Communities of Universal Brotherhood (CCUB) Doukhobors in 1929 as a facility to teach English and academics to the Doukhobor children of the Boundary area. The school was in use until the late 1940's. The Boundary Museum currently features five larger exhibits - the Doukhobors, a schoolroom, local wildlife & environment, historic store in addition to several smaller exhibits on First Peoples, China town in Grand Forks, forestry, sports, and music. Exhibits change from time to time. You will also see a Doukhobor bread oven and perhaps be able to participate in bread making or other activities in the summer months.
