Summer time there is a restaraunt 10 minutes south of us and just north of us in Iskut there is a small, very limited in selections, grocery/gas station.

Mariners Loft is perched directly across from the largest Gulf Islands inner harbour and marina. We offer 7 beautiful fully furnished suites, each accommodating up to 6 people. Salt Spring Island (Ganges) Harbour is a hub of activity which you can enjoy from the privacy of your own deck a spectacular way to spend your day! Very centrally located, Mariners Loft is one of the few places you can walk from to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, beaches and parks.

Link River is a spectacular campsite located on the shores of Alice Lake and Link River. This campground offers amazing fishing, boating, swimming, and so much more. Open year-round, with paid bookings required from May to October while our caretaker is on-site. From October to April enjoy free camping on a first come, first serve basis. Please be aware that during this time, the park is user maintained. Link River campground has seen substantial updates and expansion recently, including the creation of several new group sites & pull-through sites. There are 2 sheltered BBQ areas, concrete boat ramp, beach, playground, horseshoe pits, axe throwing, Yardzee, and accessible washrooms. Propane firepits are available to rent (propane not included), and can be used during seasonal fire bans. There is no power, potable water, or sewer services. The Village of Port Alice is a short drive away and offers everything you could need including sani-station with potable water.

Mills Landing is a small oceanfront cottage resort on the west coast of Vancouver Island. We cater to people looking for exceptional marine and fishing adventures, and pride ourselves in providing exceptional service in Bamfield BC, Vancouver Island's most historic coastal fishing village. We have four cabins and one house that are available for rental, all with varying amounts of bedrooms and sizes of beds. Our fish cleaning station has a top of the line commercial vacuum sealer as well as a commercial freezer for your catch.
