I have been fishing for over 40 years, and have the knowledge and experience to make your fishing trip dreams come true. I will personally try my hardest to put you into fish at the prime times in conjunction with the tides and currents. I have guided for 30 plus years around the local waters and if the fish are there, we will get our fair share of them. I promise you that.

Kasiks Wilderness Resort, also known as Kasiks Lodge and Campground has 10 lodge rooms and 24 campsites. Kasiks is a great home base while exploring all the Northwest Coast has to offer. Explore our beautiful and cozy campground nestled amongst the trees surrounded by majestic mountains and near the banks of the Skeena River. We have space for bike camping and bike packing too! Add Kasiks Campground to your route planning as a safe space to rest and recharge on your journey. Kasiks lodge has 4 deluxe suites with private bathrooms and 6 standard rooms with shared bathrooms. We are situated 60 km West of Terrace and 90 km East of Prince Rupert and Port Edward. VISIT OUR CAFE! Kitchen Hours: We are open daily for lunch only, from 11:00 AM 3:00 PM for hot food menu orders. Enjoy fresh ground locally roasted coffee, grabn go sandwiches, baked goodies (made daily) and waffle cone ice cream from 9:00 AM 5:00 PM to the public.

Located on peaceful Denman Island, Fillongley Provincial Park is a short 10-minute ferry crossing from Buckley Bay (located between Qualicum Beach and the town of Courtenay). Fillongley is a popular small campground. It has 10 oceanside, compact campsites. It is 80% reservable and reservations are strongly recommended due to the limited number of campsites available. This is the only provincial campground on Denman Island; campers may camp in the adjacent day-use parking lot overnight when the main campground is full (regular camping fees apply to overflow camping).

For the more experienced paddler we have day and multi-day sea kayak rentals. The kayak centre features kayaking supplies, clothing and books If paddling isnt your thing you can watch them come and go from our waterfront deck overlooking Clayoquot Sound while enjoying a fine roasted coffee or speciality tea and locally made goodie

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT AUGUST 1, 2023. Nimpo Lake Resort is situated in the beautiful West Chilcotin region of BC. Our full-service log cabins are a perfect blend of modern convenience & country charm. The cabins are set on or near the lake, with gorgeous views of the lake & the coast mountains. Enjoy campfires at your private fire pit or in our large, screened in gazebo. One pet per cabin is welcome in 4 of the cabins. Two RV sites & One Tent site available, all firewood is provided. Rent a boat or bring your own and enjoy fishing for wild rainbow trout. Non motorized watercraft are free to all cabin guests. The area also offers horseback riding, hiking, nature viewing & flight seeing. Please call or email us for information and reservations. Adventure rentals at the base of the dogtooth mountains. Our first custom geodome treehouse is scheduled to be open in the spring/summer of 2022! Until then our first cabin is officially open with hundreds of kilometers of hiking, biking, off-roading and equestrian use trails accessible from the front door.

The Nelson Museum, Archives & Gallery is a multi-faceted organization with a history museum exhibition, regional archives, two contemporary gallery spaces and a fabulous gift shop. The history museum features an introduction to the Sinixt and Ktunaxa nations, culture and perspectives, the history of European exploration and the challenges of trade and travel routes, and how various industries such mining, transportation, hydroelectricity affected the area and the creation of the Queen City. Our galleries rotate exhibitions eight times per year and feature everything from contemporary art and pop culture, to fine craft and design, to local architectural and social history the Nelson Museum's exhibitions connect to this areas creative energy and rich heritage. The gift shop features wares from over 100 local artists and authors.
