Mt. Washington Alpine Resort is a year-round recreation destination located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. In the winter guests enjoy accessing over 1,700 acres and 505 vertical metres of alpine terrain, 55kms of cross-country skiing and 25kms of snowshoeing trails along with a dedicated Nordic lodge, Tube Park and Fat Bike trails. Far from ordinary, the Resort is home to a rising generation of Winter Olympic and Team Canada Athletes. Summer features a new 2.3-kilometre ZipTour, lift-accessed mountain biking, quad bungee trampoline, scenic chairlift rides, disc golf, miniature golf, boardwalk chess and checkers, shopping and dining.

Overlander Motel offers clean, quiet, newly renovated rooms at a reasonable price. With friendly hosts, Overlander Motel amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, in room coffee/tea, local calls. All rooms non smoking, kitchenette, and picnic area. Close to shopping, restaurants, bus depot, arena, hiking, zipline, fishing and beach.

We offer 25 spacious campsites, 1 tipi site and 8 log cabins for nightly stays from May - October. The campsites are unserviced and include a picnic table and fire ring. The campground has outhouses with water for hand washing, a shared dishwashing sink and outdoor shower. Inside cabin includes bathrooms with showers and hot water, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, sink, dishes and a variety of sleeping arrangements in the loft. The cabins are all facing towards the wetlands with a view of the Valley. There is a deck out front each cabin with a BBQ and element for cooking, a picnic table and fire ring.

Woodbury Resort& Marina is Kootenay Lakes only year round resort. We offer everthing you need in one remote location. RV spots, motel rooms and tenting. Heated pool, JB's Pub& Restaurant, full service marina with boat rentals. Miles of hiking and quad or snowmobiling trails. Sea otter Enhydra Lutris and whale watching tours in Esperanza Inlet on the west coast of north Vancouver Island. Boat tours last about 5 hours with shore break. The price of $600 is per boat charter; there is a 12 person limit. Accommodation & meal packages available. Sea otters can be viewed year round, Humpback whales usually show up late spring to fall. Black bears can be spotted after April.
