The Steveston Museum building was built in 1905 as Stevestons first bank. Today, discover the people and moments that shaped Steveston Village. Continue into the Japanese Fishermens Benevolent Society Building to discover exhibits that explore history of Steveston's Japanese Canadian community. The Steveston Post Office and the Town Square Park are also located here, continuing to serve as a community hub for the village.

Established in 1916 as part of the Dominion Experimental Farm, now the Summerland Research and Development Centre, the 6 hectare, Summerland Ornamental Gardens was designed to help residents, choose ornamental plants for their gardens that would be suitable for the dry Okanagan climate. In collaboration with Agriculture Canada, the site is maintained by the non-profit society, the Friends of Summerland Ornamental Gardens. As you stroll through the Gardens you will have views of Okanagan Lake, Giant's Head Mountain and the Trout Creek Trestle railroad bridge, an outstanding engineering feat constructed for the Kettle Valley Railway. Visit the demonstration garden beds and learn principles of water-smart gardening with the diverse Welcome Garden, Xeriscape Garden, Butterfly Garden, Vegetable garden, Canadian Heritage Rose garden, Fairy Garden and more. The gardens are open year-round. Our society gratefully requests a minimum donation $5.00 per person to keep us growing.

The Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre is a three-story, 30,400-square foot award-winning cultural centre designed to blend the traditional Squamish Longhouse with the Lil'wat Istken. We are a family-run fully serviced RV park and cabin resort. We have 4 rustic lakefront 2-bedroom cabins and 3 smaller 2-room cabins nestled on the shores of Pinantan Lake BC. As of May 2, 2022 we are under new ownership and management.
