The Gallery at Queens Park is a community art gallery program that has provided a venue for emerging and established artists to showcase their work since 1985. Over the year, 12 exhibitions are presented in two-dimensional and three-dimensional mediums such as painting, photography, pottery, wood carving, bronze statues, and more. Artists are provided exhibition space free of charge and share their work with the community of New Westminster. Temporarily closed until August 31, 2020 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Administration is currently taking appointments on a limited basis.

A Forest Spa Resort located in the lush forests of Texada Island, featuring 7 fully-equipped modern tiny homes, 8-person cedar hot tub, 12-person cliff-top wood-burning sauna, an outdoor event gazebo, an outdoor theatre, Side-By-Side Guided Tours, Paddleboard and E-Bike rentals, and other local activities. Our units can sleep 2 to 6 people, and in total, our resort can accommodate up to 30 people at a time.

Our guest house is located in Rose Harbour, Kunghit Island; very deep within Gwaii Haanas National Park, Marine Reserve and Haida Heritage Site. Only accessible by floatplane! We provide 3 meals a day, offering authentic Thai cuisine being our specialty. We cook mostly with organic food and also from our large garden. Our guesthouse is rustic but comfortable with wood heat, communal shower and composting toilet. We don't have more then 8 guests at the time unless your group is more then 8! Our tour packages include accommodation, meals, and transportation by floatplane to/from Queen Charlotte Village. We also offer optional guided boat tours and sea kayak rentals in the area surrounding our location. Recommended sites to visit by boat are Ninstints/Skanggwaii (UNESCO World Heritage Site), Cape St-James, Rose Inlet, and many others nearby locations. We speak English, French, Thai and Lao. The Fort Nelson Heritage Museum is situated just West of the historic Mile 300 milepost on the World Famous Alaska Highway. The museum is located in Fort Nelson, BC, Canada and is operated by the Fort Nelson Historical Society. Fort Nelson is the gateway to the Northern Rocky Mountains and the Muskwa-Kechika Management Area. Mission Statement: To preserve and share the human, natural, and transportation history of the Fort Nelson area. Housed in 8 buildings, the museum offers countless displays and artifacts. View displays on forestry, fire fighting, mining, oil & gas, communications, construction, and wildlife. The museum is also home to a large collection of vintage automobiles.
