Steveston Seabreeze Adventures & Whale Watching
Vancouver and Richmond Whale Watching company based out of the historic fishing village of Steveston. We operate from April-October offering eco tours for kind of adventurers! Join our 40-foot semi-covered vessels accommodating groups of 23 passengers, offering comfortable inside seating & unrestricted outside viewing or hop on board our Zodiac, RIB style vessel for an exhilarating adventure! On board, enjoy your adventure with a knowledgeable Naturalist and experienced Captain and of course, lots of water and snacks. Perfect for adventurers who want to go headfirst into the wind, spray and wildness of the Salish Sea! Salmo is the Hub of the Kootenays, with lower priced accommodation than Nelson. Come and enjoy little Salmo.
Discovery Passage Aquarium
The Discovery Passage Aquarium offers fun and unique hands-on educational experiences for people of all ages. Come to see, touch and feel our incredible local marine species and habitats and discover the diverse marine life of Discovery Passage and Islands. The Aquarium is open from spring until fall each year. Specimens from representative local species are collected from the marine environment in the spring and returned to the area of collection at the end of the season.

Continuous gentle breezes, natural slopes, undulating fairways and water hazards test your skill. Most of the bent-grass greens have elevated approaches and well-placed sand traps guarding them. The finishing hole is the challenging 405-yard ninth, playing up a two-level fairway to an elevated green.
