Our guides are all born and raised in the Clayoquot Sound area and all have a lifetime of training on the water. We can take you whale watching, bear watching, fishing or work with you to design a tour that suits your family's unique ideas of a fun day on the ocean!

MacSailing is the sailing school at the Jericho Sailing Center in Vancouver. We offer introductory sailing lessons for children and adults. Our goal is to offer a complete sailing experience based upon excellent instruction and a safe environment, utilizing equipment appropriate for all ages in a fun and dynamic atmosphere. All of our coaches are Sail Canada (or equivalent) certified with water safety and first-aid training.

Join us for a magical sail aboard the historic Tall Ship Duen. Smell the gentle ocean breeze as it lures you away from the dock through Victorias bustling Inner Harbour and out into the beautiful Strait of Juan de Fuca. All guests young and old are encouraged to participate in sailing, so come prepared to tug on the sheets that haul the sails! As we cruise towards the magnificent snow-capped Olympic Mountains, take a turn on the bowsprit or see the majesty of the ship under full sail from our inflatable vessel. Relax and savor your picnic or a sip of wine as we keep our eyes peeled for some of BCs world famous killer whales, or sea lions and bald eagles. R.J. Haney Heritage Village and Museum is located on the east side of Salmon Arm at 751 Highway 97 B, it is the Shuswap's largest heritage destination. It welcomes visitors from far and wide to discover how the early settlers and pioneers of the Shuswap lived. Set on 40 acres of the prettiest farmland in the Shuswap, the site comprises 24 buildings that are either replicas or originals and over 30 exhibits, including the original 1910 Haney House. Your admission includes access to the Heritage Village and Museum, Children's Discovery Centre & Outdoor Play Area, Sprig of Heather restaurant, walking trails, daily activities and tours. A must-see is our very popular Villains and Vittles Dinner Theatre Production. You can enjoy a home-cooked meal and live theatre every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday evening in July and August. Seating is limited. Some of the best memories are made at R.J. Haney Heritage Village & Museum, and a visit from May through September is well worth the trip!

Cottonwood House is one of the last remaining roadhouses in British Columbia. With over 75 years of Boyd family legacy, a visit to this historic site will allow you to experience the rich history of the Cariboo region first hand. Cottonwood House was built in 1864 offering accommodation, meals, hardware and provisions to many on their journey along the Cariboo Wagon Road to Barkerville or Quesnel. Today, this 26 acre wheelchair accessible provincial heritage site is a tourist destination offering heritage interpretation, hiking, and day use facilities.

The Nikkei Internment Memorial Centre is dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of the internment of over 22,000 Japanese Canadians during the Second World War. The Nikkei Internment Memorial Centre opened its doors in 1994 as an initiative from the New Denver Kyowakai Society to commemorate and honor the stories of over 22,000 Japanese Canadians who were stripped of their civil rights, labelled "enemy aliens" and uprooted from their coastal homes during the Second World War. Located on the site of a former internment camp, the original buildings, period artifacts, interpretive displays, and Heiwa Teien garden designed by the renowned Roy (Tomomichi) Sumi, chronicle this extraordinary episode in Canadian history.

Yasodhara Ashram is a yoga retreat and study centre founded by Swami Sivananda Radha in 1963, in Kootenay Bay, British Columbia, Canada. Located in the Resource Centre building on the Columbia Bible College campus, the Metzger Collection is a museum of replicas of artifacts and artwork across the scope of human history and with a particular focus in biblical history. Garry Oaks Estate is a boutique winery. In 1999, Originally a sheep farm, the was converted to a vineyard and planted with Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Gewurztraminer and Zweigelt. The award winning wines are a hidden gem. Sustainability and philanthropy are the hallmarks of the current owner.

Trout Country Fishing Guides was established in 1997. We provide fully guided fly and spin fishing trips targeting Trout, Salmon, Steelhead and Char.
