Our bright and cozy guesthouse is located in the premium tourism district of Cow Bay. We are only one block from the waterfront and ATLIN terminals, conveniently located near the Tourist information center, museums, and the Port Interpretive center/Tourist Information Center. Let us help you make the most of your trip to Haida Gwaii! We are located inside the Sandspit Airport Terminal with our hours changing seasonally. Sandspit/K'il Kun, is the southernmost community on Haida Gwaii, and the only community on Moresby Island. We are the last stop and gateway to Gwaii Haanas. Our community's many nearby bays and trails offer exiting places to explore coastal life and set up a base for your next adventure. Come in and ask us for a community trail guide map or other local information. We also pride ourselves on our gift shop which is a beautiful space to browse while you wait for your flight, where you will find books, souvenirs, and local art before you leave the islands. Bike rentals available. The Sandspit Visitor Centre is usually opened on flight days, around plane times. Please note the Sandspit Visitor Centre is sometimes closed at short notice due to staffing shortage. The Centre is also usually closed if a flight is cancelled.

The owners and staff are dedicated to making you feel at home. The Armstrong Inn Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dining. The cuisine is homestyle and very popular with the locals. Armstrong itself is quite charming and the home of the Interior Provincial Exposition (IPE). The fairgrounds are within walking distance while the city of Vernon is only a 15 minute drive away.

The Powder Pillow B&B is a one-bedroom suite that is conveniently situated halfway between downtown Revelstoke and Revelstoke Mountain Resort. This one bedroom suite is over 600 square feet and provides a haven of warmth and comfort for the discerning guest. The suite features hardwood floors, a gorgeous bathroom with oversize shower, a kitchenette (no stove), a Queen bed with pillowtop mattress and a sofa bed in the living room.
